Excellent! The sandwiches are really excellent, prepared with first choice local meat that you can taste at the first bite. The quality of the ingredients is evident and you can perceive the attention and care with which they are prepared. Prices are absolutely competitive, offering excellent value for money. Il locale è curato nei dettagli, suddiviso in due aree distinte: una paninoteca e un ristorante vero e proprio. L'atmosfera è piacevole, elegante ma senza risultare eccessivamente formale. La carne è senza dubbio la protagonista indiscussa. Il ristorante offre tagli ricercati, ben frollati e marezzati, con una cottura sempre impeccabile. Anche i contorni come le verdure grigliate e le patate al forno meritano una menzione per la loro qualità. Nota dolente, il pane del panino che tende a sfaldarsi, forse a causa di un eccessivo riscaldamento. Tuttavia, la carne del panino rimane di ottimo livello, salvando in parte la portata.
