We were welcomed with rare kindness in this restaurant, where the staff proved extremely friendly and attentive from our arrival. We ordered three carbonaras and a dish of the day: Fettuccine with aubergine cream, accompanied by kebabs and chicory. Everything was prepared to perfection: the carbonaras were creamy and tasty, the fettuccine of the day a real surprise, with a delicate and enveloping flavour. The kebabs and chicory completed the meal with a traditional touch that we appreciated very much. The service was fast and impeccable, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Fair price too! A restaurant to recommend without any doubt!

I was pleasantly impressed by this restaurant, "a culinary jewel", clean and with attention to the smallest details, providing a welcoming atmosphere and extremely friendly and helpful staff. The strong point is undoubtedly the cuisine, when I tasted the dish it was a explosion of flavours....It's a place that makes you feel at home and delights you with simply exquisite cuisine.

Excellent location, convenient parking, outdoor dinner with professional hospitality, superlative fried courgette flowers stuffed with ricotta, very fresh and pleasant glass of bubbles suggested by the owner (locally produced), tasty pici cacio e pepe (gnocchi) and rigatoni carbonara enjoyable. Fast, friendly and professional service. Well done. Well done. Price ok when compared to the excellent quality. To be recommended and to return.

“Once upon a time restaurant” themed venue. The menu looks shrewdly at the future but keeps an eye on the past. Traditional Roman and grandmother's dishes, just like the name. Friendly and prepared staff. Quiet environment. Compliments !

Small and welcoming place that offers cuisine inspired by tradition but with a touch of personality and innovation. the courgette pie with basil cream from the tasting starter was top, the burrata ravioli with courgettes, mint and saffron were delicious, and the cheese, pepper and porcini gnocchi were delicious. Generous portions. Young and friendly staff. very nice and super professional. Impeccable service. Prices more than fair. In short, everything was perfect, down to every detail! Good guys! We will definitely be back =)
