Everything is simply gorgeous! We went for the first time and we were welcomed by the chef, who was super friendly (you can immediately tell that he has a high level of preparation) and a very polite and super courteous waiter. Excellent food with excellent quality raw materials. There are also particular dishes which however reflect the flavors of good Italian cuisine (without deviating from the original flavors which are actually enhanced by innovative combinations). The place remains very welcoming (the outdoor space is much appreciated), you feel at home. From wine to bitters, everything satisfies even the most demanding palates. Everything is freshly prepared and the fish is truly of the day. I highly recommend! We will be back for sure! Thank you!

Typically Carmelo cooks fish, but for us he prepared an OVER THE TOP meat menu!!! Never eaten such good tartare (with gold leaves)! Everything was absolutely delicious! And I highly recommend the chantilly cream.... I can't wait to go back and try the fish menu!!!

I had dinner last night in this little place and I have one word: EXCELLENT from the ambience to the service, quality food and an exquisite and convivial owner, last but not least, a more than honest price. I will definitely be back!

We were 4 friends for dinner at the restaurant Aside from Mole Bisleti Alatri, I must say it was a really quiet place, the friendliness of the staff, excellent quality food, a compliment to the chef who was very prepared to give advice and maintain excellent conversations with customers and finally he let us taste some unique bitters, in particular I was thrilled to taste an excellent grappa with a unique and unobtainable walnut flavor, I highly recommend everyone to try it to believe it....

Cena deliziosa!! Location accogliente e ben curata nei particolari!! Accoglienza cordiale e molto disponibile!! Cibo di qualità, piatti semplici ma con un tocco di particolarità. Nei piatti si riscontra la passione e la competenza per la cucina da parte dello chef. Buono rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consiglio vivamente questa location per una serata tranquilla e all'insegna del buon cibo!!

We went to this restaurant for Valentine's Day dinner with my family. I give 3 stars, which for me is full satisfaction not for the quality of the dishes, that was excellent but for the bill of €183 for a fixed menu at €55 for 3 people each, plus a first course for a 5 year old girl, which seems excessive to me given the very simple location (a small rustic house just about 5 km from Alatri). The service was sufficient, but we had some very cold dishes. Furthermore, from a restaurant like this and especially with these prices I expect that we will be offered at least a coffee or bitter. Nothing to say about the owner/chef who is very nice, friendly and absolutely competent. Apart from the price, which needs to be reviewed, we will definitely return.

Ci siamo recati in questo ristorante per una cena per San Valentino con la mia famiglia. Dò 3 stelle, che per me è la piena sufficienza non per la qualità dei piatti, quella era eccellente ma per il conto di 183€ per un menu fisso a 55€ per 3 persone cadauna, più un primo per una bimba di 5 anni,il che mi sembra eccessivo data la location molto semplice( un piccolo rustico appena a circa 5 km da Alatri). Il servizio è stato sufficiente, ma abbiamo avuto qualche portata molto fredda. Inoltre da un ristorante del genere e soprattutto con questi prezzi mi aspetto che ci venga offerto quantomeno un caffè o amaro. Nulla da dire sul proprietario/chef che è molto simpatico, cordiale e assolutamente competente. A parte il prezzo, da rivedere, ci torneremo sicuramente.
