A cute place in a historic area of Padua. We found this restaurant using Google Maps.
We were passing through waiting for the train, and this osteria is an 11-minute walk from the station.
We had two traditional appetizers, one with Venetian-style cicchetti and a flan with fondue and hazelnuts. A main course included cuttlefish, nduja (not Venetian 😁) and polenta, and another with pork cheek and polenta.
Everything was really good.
Excellent value for money.
The staff was friendly and helpful.

Restaurat is in a very nice area of Padova a bit outside the historic center of the city.
Restaurat is not very big, long and narrow, situated in an beauty old building . It is very well furnished and arranged, with a friendly and easy atmosphere.
Personnel is professional. The food is excellent, fresh, well prepared and well presented. Only comment is that "polenta", served with baccala mantecato, was not enough warm.
Wide selection of wine and very appreciated the possibility to order it in different quantities, (glass, 1/4, 1/2, bottle).
Prices a bit high.

Rustic experience, welcoming atmosphere, very polite and helpful staff, the cicchetti, the raw ham, the fried food, the desserts and the sea bream with potatoes were out of this world!!

A fish restaurant offering extremely tasty and accomplished dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed the secondi piatti and the dolci!
For meat lovers, there's an annex to the restaurant, A Banda Del Buso, located just across the street.

Locale da consigliare, cibo buono e genuino, giuste porzioni al giusto prezzo. Fegato alla veneziana ottimo, formaggi di qualità, buone bottiglie in lista e la grappa gialla consigliata a fine cena è stata la degna conclusione.
Personale gentile e attento.
Il locale ha una sala interna climatizzata e un dehor esterno ed è in una zona tranquilla della città.

A great and rustic fish restaurant in downtown Padova. Lovely atmosphere and good service. This is what good Italian food should be like. Excellent grappa. 4.5 points overall, so 5 points.

Buen menú con especialidades locales. Compartimos un entrante de spunciotti misti, una selección de platos pequeños que eran todos agradables.
Los platos principales de bacalao e hígado eran sabrosos.
Ambiente agradable, personal amable.
Ten en cuenta que aunque abren a las 6 , el restaurante no empieza a servir hasta las 7
