I've been having dinner at the restaurant for more than a month, being a guest of the hotel, I honestly can't explain all the negative reviews I've read, I know that since I arrived there has been a nice change in the kitchen, I can say that I have always had a good time and have always been satisfied by asking for dishes off the menu, also having a gluten intolerance I have never had problems eating, the staff is very courteous and approachable, the food is very good, very gourmet, therefore the portions they are not abundant. Unfortunately I can't eat pizza because there is no possibility of having it gluten free, but according to my colleagues it is very good.
Update: I finally managed to eat a gluten-free pizza, even good I would say, the dough is ready and is cooked in the oven in a pan, there could be contamination, but everything went well, I thank the staff for their patience 😅
We went to this restaurant for dinner. The place is elegant, the staff friendly and helpful and the dishes truly excellent. The prices agreed with the hotel are fair.
