In a typically Emilian restaurant. Excellent selection of first and second courses. The guanciale was delicious, but the entrecote was less so. Excellent wine selection.
The service was good, except for our request for more breadsticks and bread: we were told they didn't have enough for everyone and were just preparing it (at 11 PM?).
It's a shame, because I would have given it 5 stars.

Attempt to make quality dishes but unfortunately the quality is poor and the service is not very attentive to new customers like me but very attentive to regular customers and it is their choice I will not return

Located on Via Emilia, the restaurant stands out for its refined and meticulously detailed atmosphere, combining a warm welcome with elegant sobriety. The harmonious and well-designed decor contributes to a pleasant atmosphere, while the staff is distinguished by their professionalism and courtesy. Given the location and popularity of the restaurant, reservations are highly recommended, and parking can be a problem during peak hours.
Gastronomically, the restaurant offers traditional dishes prepared with expert technique and high-quality ingredients. The gnocco fritto and tigelle, accompanied by a selection of cured meats, are well-crafted, although the portions are modest. The baked rosettes with cooked ham and fontina cheese, despite their meticulous preparation, didn't fully satisfy my palate, although this assessment is based on personal preference. The menu, however, offers numerous interesting options; I would also have liked to try the tagliatelle al ragù, a traditional dish that appears to be among the most inviting.
The wine list deserves special praise: carefully curated and featuring quality labels, it also offers the opportunity to sample fine wines by the glass, a welcome way to explore the selection without necessarily purchasing a whole bottle.
Nevertheless, the restaurant remains a solid choice for those seeking a refined culinary experience and attentive service, offering a good selection of dishes and recommended for those who appreciate an elegant setting and well-executed traditional cuisine.

I personally found the portions a bit small.
