The Hugo spritzes were very good, it's a shame the sharing platter of appetizers was really small for €15.

A very nice place. We stopped in for coffee and Aperol, and also ordered a Maritozzo. Everything was excellent. The service was friendly and welcoming.

A perfect spot for a true Italian aperitivo! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the service is incredibly friendly – we felt right at home from the first moment. The drinks are excellent, and the snacks are not only tasty but also generous. What really made it special: we always received a little extra treat beyond what we had ordered, which felt like such a thoughtful gesture. Highly recommended for starting the evening in a relaxed and authentic way. We’ll definitely be back!

We were recently in Rome in June of 2025 for Jubilee. We were passing by this restaurant when I could not resist the delicious aromas I was smelling. We decided to stop and check it out. Being typical tourists from the U.S., we of course ordered an Aperol Spritz thinking we'd just have an appetizer or small dessert. When I saw what was coming out of the kitchen to other tables, I decided to order. I had the Cacio y Pepe, and it was absolutely delicious. So creamy and so flavorful. And the pasta was cooked perfectly. My partner ordered the Lasagna. The look of the lasagna was different than what you would find in the U.S., but the flavor was FAR superior. Restaurants in the U.S. should mimic this recipe as it is so delicious. Our server was this sweet young lady who took excellent care of us. We are looking forward to going back to Rome next year and re-visiting this restaurant.

17/03/2026: I can't say enough about how delicious these dishes are. I ordered a trio and was simply blown away by the flavor of each dish. The service was incredibly fast, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the atmosphere was welcoming and welcoming. I'm also a vegetarian, so it's hard for me to find a place to eat during my lunch break, but here I found everything I was looking for. A huge thank you to the chef(s)!! ❤️❤️❤️

As soon as you enter, you smell the aroma of authentic Italian cuisine, one built on tradition, simplicity, and quality. Each dish exudes authenticity: balanced flavors, fresh ingredients, and meticulously prepared dishes. The energetic service is striking: fast, organized, yet always friendly. Even during busy periods, everything flows effortlessly, without compromising quality or professionalism. Returning from Paris for an important gastronomic event, we opted for Suisse and then went to visit the Zoo Marine and the Manzù Museum with our French guest, who was pleased with our choice in Pomezia. We thank the owner and staff for their professionalism and dedication. A must-see for those seeking authentic cuisine, generous portions, and a dynamic yet family-friendly atmosphere.
