Truly everything was excellent, from appetizers to dessert. High-leavened pizza with many variations. Attentive and very kind staff. The only flaw was that we couldn't talk due to the loud voices of others, but obviously that's not the place's fault. It's not very big, so the tables are all quite close together. We'll definitely be back.

I'm not exaggerating when I say I just ate the best pizza of my life. They have so many different kinds, and we asked the waitress for a recommendation—she was incredibly friendly, by the way. We ordered number one and two others, but you really have to order number one; we almost cried with the last bite. I've included photos of the slices I managed to eat.

We went there by chance, six of us, and I have to say that it's been a long time since I've eaten such a good pizza, from the dough to everything on top. The guys serving are very kind, I highly recommend it to everyone. I can't wait to go back.

26/06/2025: A great place in a small town like San Carlo. The pizza comes in three very interesting versions, as with the same amount of dough they can make a smaller thick pizza, a medium-thick pizza, or a larger one, as I like it, a "tiarata," which is very thin and larger in diameter. I recommend the "Panfilia tirata" with raw ham and mushrooms. Very good service. They have pizzas for celiacs. If you're in San Carlo, don't forget to eat a pizza at La Pace. I'd like to take this opportunity to mention that they also have a very comfortable and quiet bed and breakfast above the pizzeria.
