Strategic. 25 minutes by car from Tiburtina station (depending on traffic). A little dated, it could do with a little restyling (especially in the bathroom), but it is clean and functional. The room was cleaned every day including the linen.

Great for a short stop. Quiet, clean and with parking in front of the room!! There is everything you need. Very convenient and very fast Check in and check out, 24 hours a day. Highly recommended+++++

I must say that it has improved a lot with the PNRR funds for energy efficiency, thank goodness that in the midst of the pandemic these 209 billion were brought home, they renovated and did an excellent job.

11/12/2024: We are a BZ company. Every time we are in Rome, 20 of us come to GIgi who delights us with his hospitality and his cuisine. The rooms are new and fragrant and the place is truly relaxing. Breakfast in the Parigi room offers hot and cold drinks, sweets and homemade croissants. We return in January for 1 month in 20 people with great pleasure.
