We stopped by chance.... And we ate very well. Welcoming environment, very kind staff and watching the guys in the glass kitchen so professional, clean, tidy was a pleasure.... We will be back....

Small, quiet and well furnished room.
As for the dishes we ordered: ravioli as a first course, suckling pig as a second course and tiramisu and Chantilly alla prescinseua for dessert.
The pumpkin, gorgonzola, pear and hazelnut ravioli were exquisite, with very well balanced flavors and unexpected combinations. The suckling pig was extremely tender, cooked to perfection, and the accompaniment (mashed potatoes, nuts and sauce) were spot on. The desserts are equally delicious. The portions were all satisfactory, never too small or excessive. The service was very friendly, efficient and not overly formal or mellifluous.
Very recommended place for a dinner to share with a special person.
It is already the second time we have dined in this restaurant and I think we will return, given that the menu is periodically updated according to the season.

I don't usually write reviews but I make an exception for this small and very young company which deserves applause for its courage to innovate and which I have known since its inception during the Covid period.
A cuisine perhaps not for all palates, but if you like to go beyond good food every now and then, if you want to experiment with new tastes and ingredients without necessarily having to go to starred restaurants (which unfortunately sometimes also disappoint), this is for you.
The wow effect is obviously always a matter of taste, but the technique certainly isn't lacking. For example, the cooking of the meat is always perfect and even the bread, often an accessory to dinner, is something of a high standard. The kitchen is open, the place is small and yet the spaces between the tables are absolutely not limited. The service is young but discreet and attentive.
It's also nice to be able to read the menu in advance directly from their website. Small but very interesting cellar (the Albana passito is a gem). Size of the dishes and price more than adequate for the quality offered.
Located in the historic center, you can find parking nearby in Piazza di Carignano or at the Marina Park.

We were in this place on the evening of December 24th and we couldn't have had a better experience.
The place is very nice, warm and comfortable: the tables are large and quite far from each other.
The staff is helpful, extremely kind, attentive (they offered to bring bread substitutes for a person with celiac disease, without even asking) and easy-going, without ever being intrusive.
The cuisine is simply excellent, with a short but varied menu that changes frequently. As appetizers we tasted the tartare and the arepas with octopus, stracciatella and BBQ sauce, really good (the only flaw in the dinner was that some tentacles were slightly hard to bite).
The first courses are simply excellent, and in particular the spelled ditalini with mussels, lemon and onion molasses, the tortelli filled with wild boar Genoese, and the risotto with porcini mushrooms, castelmagno and clementines. All extremely balanced, despite some combinations that might have seemed risky.
The desserts were all perfect: absolutely worth trying is the reinterpretation of bread, butter and jam (a sort of brioche French toast, with butter ice cream and berry sauce) and the prescinseua chantilly (with banana, peanuts and miso caramel ..).
Each dish was studied, calibrated and perfect in taste, so much so that we would have liked to try all the others too.
The prices are correct, given the place, the service and the quality (and quantity, considering that the portions are correct).
A highly recommended place, to which we will definitely return.

Siamo stati in questo locale la sera del 24 dicembre e non potevamo capitare meglio.
Il locale è molto carino, caldo e confortevole: i tavoli sono grandi e abbastanza distanti tra loro.
Il personale è disponibile, estremamente gentile, attento (si sono offerti da soli di portare dei sostituti del pane per una persona celiaca , senza neanche chiedere) e alla mano, senza comunque mai essere invadente.
La cucina è semplicemente ottima, con un menù breve ma vario, e che cambia frequentemente. Come antipasti abbiamo assaggiato la tartare e le arepas con polpo, stracciatella e salsa BBQ, davvero buoni (unico neo della cena, alcuni tentacoli erano leggermente duri al morso).
I primi semplicemente ottimi, ed in particolare i ditalini di farro con cozze, limone e melassa di cipolla, i tortelli ripieni di genovese di cinghiale, e il risotto con porcini, castelmagno e clementine. Tutti estremamente equilibrati, nonostante alcuni abbinamenti che potevano sembrare azzardati.
I dolci erano tutti perfetti: da provare assolutamente la rivisitazione di pane burro e marmellata (sorta di french toast di Pan brioche, con gelato al burro e salsa di frutti di bosco) e la chantilly di prescinseua (con banana, arachidi e caramello al miso..).
Ogni piatto era studiato, calibrato e perfetto nel gusto, tanto che avremmo voluto provare anche tutti gli altri.
I prezzi sono corretti, visto il posto, il servizio e la qualità (e la quantità, considerando che le porzioni sono corrette).
Un posto consigliatissimo, in cui tornare sicuramente.

Some discrepancies between the menu and the ingredients or shapes of the dishes, and the small portions, pushed me to lower my overall rating. Prices also declared online. The restaurant is located in a restricted traffic zone and is not easy to find nearby. In detail: presence of maple syrup in the tacos which gave a sweet taste, size of the plin much larger than normal. In Carignano, yes, there are parking spaces but they are very often occupied

Siamo venuti in questo ristorante colpiti dalle recensioni e dalle foto pazzesche dei piatti.
Nel complesso, per noi, il gradimento dei piatti non è stato proporzionato alle aspettative e al prezzo, sebbene dall'inizio sia stato chiaro come materie prime e qualità fossero di alto livello.
Probabilmente se avessimo preso altri piatti sarebbe stato diverso. Siamo rimaste deluse dal primo in particolare: ditalino di farro con melassa di cipolle, cozze origano e limone.
A parte aver trovato la pasta un po' troppo al dente, non siamo riusciti a finirla perché troppo pepata. Ci è stato riferito che pepe non ce ne fosse ma sicuramente c'era qualche spezia o condimento che rendeva il piatto fortemente "pepato". C'erano comunque tantissimi puntini neri nel piatto e odore e sapore ricordavano fortemente quello del pepe sebbene, ripeto, ci sia stato assicurato che non ce ne fosse. Abbiamo notato che lo chef risponde a tutte le recensioni sotto le 5 stelle, cogliamo quindi l'occasione per chiedere quale spezia ci fosse nel piatto tale da dare questa forte sensazione di "pepato" e perché non c'è ne fosse minimamente menzione nella descrizione del piatto. Dinner for 2:
Truly excellent tacos, sashimi and slices, really good. Top service, open kitchen and friendly as well as good guys. Extraordinary desserts. If I really had to find something to say (for my personal taste) perhaps a pinch of extra salt in the croaker, which was, however, cooked to perfection and good.
