It was a great evening. Food was very good and delicious. The chef brings its own touch to the dishes and surprises you with his mix. Definitely a place to come back when I'm in Genua again.

Highly recommended, no negatives to report, everything was perfect, from the food to the location, to the bathrooms, to the service. All the courses were tasty and balanced, but we personally fell in love with the pork main course. It's been years since I've had such a good one, exceptional. Congratulations indeed!

A journey through flavors worth every mile – 7 Sensi Restaurant, Genoa We left Alessandria on my birthday, driven by curiosity… and returned with hearts (and palates) brimming with wonder! The 7 Sensi restaurant in Genoa was a discovery that to call "incredible" is an understatement. The entrée? A perfect prelude: a blend of harmonious and refined flavors that immediately raised our expectations. But it was the appetizer – croquettes with 4 roasts – that we fell in love with: crispy on the outside, intense and enveloping on the inside, a true masterpiece of flavor. Moving on to the first courses… what can I say? My ravioli were probably the best dish I've ever eaten: an explosion of flavors, perfect pasta, and that contrasting jam that added a touch of absolute genius. My girlfriend chose the risotto with duck ragù, an elegant, flavorful, and impossible-to-imitate dish. Finally, the desserts rounded out the experience in the sweetest way possible: espresso with zabaglione for me—delicious and well-balanced—and for her, peach gelato, fresh and light, the perfect end to a perfect dinner. A restaurant that truly engages all seven senses. We'll definitely be back. If you're in the area (or even if you're not), it's absolutely worth the trip. Trust me.🫶🏻

Absolutely fantastic! We were a party of six and we visited the two last days of our week in Genova. Food with an international vibe to a very reasonable price point. Lots of local wines that come through as bargains as well. Highly recommended.

A perfect experience for a romantic evening My partner and I treated ourselves to dinner at this restaurant and were completely satisfied. The atmosphere is intimate and well-kept, with soft lighting and discreet background music, perfect for an evening as a couple. The service was impeccable: friendly staff, attentive but never intrusive, with just the right waiting times and accurate explanations of the dishes. We felt pampered from start to finish. We chose many things on the menu and each course was a discovery: very fresh ingredients, creative but balanced combinations, and a beautiful presentation. The wine list is also excellent, with a well-thought-out selection that enhances the territory. The girl recommended a pairing that perfectly enhanced every flavor. A place we will definitely return to, both for a special occasion and for the simple pleasure of eating well in a welcoming environment.

There are restaurants that simply feed you, and then there are restaurants like 7 Sensi, where I had the pleasure of having lunch recently and I can say without hesitation that it is one of the most interesting places I have ever been. The name alone is something that intrigues, but it is at the table that you really understand their philosophy: each dish is studied in the smallest details, with selected ingredients and refined combinations. You can perceive the care and passion that the owner and chef puts into every detail. The environment is well furnished, simple but at the same time elegant, an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The service is attentive, discreet and very prepared. The open kitchen is the icing on the cake. 7Sensi is the perfect place for those looking for something different, quality without having to empty their wallet (excellent quality/price ratio). It's a shame I live far away otherwise I would get a subscription :)

Sono stata in questo locale per una cena fra amici su loro consiglio. Ci hanno offerto un' entrèe che non ricordo (una fettina di pane morbido tostato, acciuga e una salsa di accompagnamento al tartufo molto buona). Ho mangiato poi: Areapa di polpo, stracciatella, salsa bbq, cipollina in agrodolce(15) :molto buona Cabannina:Tartare, panna acida,caviale di aringa,terrina di patate (14): Davvero eccezionale! Carnaroli (16): Porcini, castelmagno,clementine era strepitoso, con una spezia del Trentino sopra che rendeva il piatto unico e la porzione era molto abbondante! Ravioli(16) anatra e prugne di Marsala,Barbera, parmigiano, buono ma come quantità rispetto al riso, era nettamente inferiore; Maialino(22) guancia, purè di patate e castagne, anacardi, rafano, un buon secondo. Chantilly di prescinseua, caramello al miso, banana e arachidi (8) non sentivo la banana e gli arachidi, era un buon dolce ma troppi gusti che venivano sovrastati! La cucina è alla portata di vista di tutti i commensali, vedi come i cuochi lavorano; il prezzo di alcune pietanze è altino secondo me, anche se mangi bene e la qualità è alta. La scelta è tra pochi piatti ma molto buoni. Abbiamo speso circa 60€ ma non abbiamo preso nè vino nè due persone hanno mangiato primo e secondo ma solo uno dei due..
