The sandwich was delicious and the batista is very friendly!

They have several sandwich options; you choose the type of bread and they make them for you right away. We bought them to eat on the street, and they warn you to watch out for seagulls, and take this seriously because one attacked us and stole our sandwich. They were delicious and the right size.

A special mention for Venus who gave our family of 7, fantastic service! Delicious fresh sandwiches, cappuccinos and pastries!

We came here a few times back in March 2024 and returned today for really delicious and fresh juice, coffee, super fresh sandwiches and a really lovely employee. This place is immaculate, well priced for what it is, and in a quiet and clean neighborhood with easy vaporetto access. I think the negative reviews come from people not understanding the type of sandwiches they'll get; there aren't sauces, spreads, or condiments that come on these sandwiches, just fresh ingredients and freshly sliced deli meats, which can be super delicious. No bathrooms. When you tell the sandwich maker that you'd like take away, they, without fail, warn you of the seagulls, which is kind and not something many people would do. If your children like sandwiches without a tomato or whatever, it's easy to remove for them and still share a great sandwich.

Delicious sandwiches, excellent juice: we had the orange and lemon one. The San Polo sandwich is truly a must. No seating, standing only for a quick bite. Just a stone's throw from the church in a quiet corner. We recommend it!
