excellent experience in this place where using the word "revisited" cuisine is not scary, as in other places in the capital where "I would like but I can't" is the order of the day. Dishes presented well and (finally) of substance. I took the vitello tonnato (exquisite despite its delicacy), the ricotta-filled squid with DOC Sicilian caponatina, and finally the Basque peach cheesecake where the contrast of flavor between the freshness of the fruit and the acidity of the cheese was perfect. Qualified and spontaneously smiling staff.

Excellent aperitif, interesting, particular and appetizing dishes, however rather small portions, few fresh alternatives, which in summer is a bit of a problem, lots of fried foods and prices that are not very low, considering that, to make an aperitif of average quantity of food , with a couple of spritzes each we spent almost thirty euros for one, the cost of a dinner. I didn't eat at the four palmentos, not even very little, but I spent a little less than I would spend for dinner in a medium-level restaurant with a bottle of wine included.

Beautiful environment seasoned with professionalism, attention to detail and quality of products. If the boys demonstrated entrepreneurial ability during their service, a special mention goes to their empathy and humanity. During one of our friends' illnesses they were diligent, collaborative and careful not to create discomfort and anxiety for those who were unwell. E stata una bellissima scoperta questo posto! Una cena a dir poco deliziosa e perfetta! Una scelta di vino e champagne davvero vasta. Abbiamo mangiato una tartare di vitella, polpette di coda alla vaccinara e cicoria ripassata ,come antipasto. Ogni pietanza era squisita e i sapori bilanciati nel modo giusto. La tartare si scioglieva in bocca e le polpette erano delicate e saporite al punto giusto. Ma voglio soffermarmi sulla cicoria! Difficile trovare un ristorante che ti faccia assaggiare una cicoria preparata alla perfezione! Davvero buona! A seguire abbiamo ordinato 2 secondi di qui un un pescato del giorno con contorno stagionale e una bavetta di Manzo scottata con jus al porto e purè al tartufo nero estivo. Ogni boccone era una gioia per il palato. Abbiamo finito la cena con una cheesecake basca con pesche e rosmarino accompagnata da deliziosi cocktail. Un posto davvero bello con un’atmosfera davvero piacevole e personale molto molto professionale e preparato! Bravi!!! Consigliatissimissimo!

Great restaurant and mixologist playground, this was a lovely place for our family of 5.
The food was phenomenal and the staff made sure that my Wife's birthday was unforgettable - the tiramisu is to die for!
Very warm attentive service, welcoming and caring, great craft beers and superb cocktails build around your palate!
