Every year when we visit Piombino, we always stop here, and it's always a pleasure: delicious, carefully prepared dishes, excellent ingredients, and always attentive and courteous service, where every customer, no matter how busy it is, feels "at the center." This year, a couple of friends came with us with two little girls, and I appreciated the extra attention the Bistrot pays to its little guests... highly recommended!

We were on vacation in Piombino and discovered this restaurant in the center's alleys. The location isn't anything special, but it's definitely disadvantaged by being on the roadside. There were three of us, and they took us in without a reservation at 10:30 PM. The staff was friendly, and the owner was simply FABULOUS. She explained the dishes and wines with incredible love. We asked her for recommendations on most of the dishes. Everything was delicious, and the service was very fast. I highly recommend going there; you won't be disappointed.

Can't recommend it enough. It looks like any other place from outside but they make their own pasta and anything we tasted was amazing (we came back twice) - lovely and accommodating staff too.

Found this place somewhat by chance. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful, but the service is a bit slow. Except for the peppered mussels (too much pepper, too much. I pointed this out to the waiter), everything else is good.
Not exactly in the city center, but still close. Prices are a bit high.

Questa sera abbiamo scelto questo locale tra i tanti che ci venivano proposti da trip. Una vera sorpresa. Da subito hanno avuto l’accortezza di chiederci se avevamo intolleranze. Menu giustamente non troppo vasto (abbiamo scelto pesce anche se propongono carne) e curato nel dettaglio. Unico appunto, i primi sono molto abbondanti, ottime le tagliatelle allo scoglio. Qualità prezzo ottima. Personale molto cortese. Super Consigliato

Giovedì sera ho portato degli amici a cena al bistro 57025 e non solo abbiamo avuto un’accoglienza perfetta come sempre, ma c’è stata asservita un ottimo antipasto composto da vari assaggi veramente ottimi, tra cui consiglio vivamente le sarde alla beccafico, le acciughe alla povera, le cozze ripiene. Per secondo abbiamo preso il gran fitto, asciutto croccante e di gran sapore con dei gamberetti buonissimi. Dentro vi abbiamo trovato dalle classiche patatine ai meravigliosi carciofi fritti, alla polentina, ai ciuffetti alle cozze fritte alle acciughe. Provatelo niente vi deluderà ve lo assicuro.
