We tried 57025 Bistrot after reading the excellent reviews, and we confirm: they deserve every star. 🦐 Super abundant mixed fried food (perfect for two) and well-balanced fish appetizer, all at a very honest price (about €35 for two). In an era where many raise prices for no reason, here you can perceive a genuine respect for the customer. We had changed the side dishes (which were also included) with more fish and they had not raised the price which would have been overjustified. Nice, honest and attentive to the customer. 🤝 Young, attentive, friendly staff – you feel welcomed without formality, but with care. Neat atmosphere, elegant without being pretentious. 📍Service also in English, welcome for those traveling with dogs, attention to allergies. A sign that the experience is truly designed for everyone. 🔁 Bottom line: we would definitely go back. Authentic cuisine, honest prices, staff that makes the difference. The kind of restaurant that upholds the name of Tuscan dining, without frills but with substance By far the best restaurant we tried in Piombino. Honest prices, taste and portions from an Osteria but also a beautiful presentation and atmosphere of a classy restaurant.

Very pleasant discovery on Sunday 22nd June returning from the island of Pianosa. Excellent quality fish and dishes executed superlatively, from anchovies, to calamarata, to skewers. Very kind staff, ready to satisfy any request. Highly recommended, too bad that we, living in Pistoia, have about 2 hours of travel, but we will definitely return when we are again in the area!

Questa sera abbiamo scelto questo locale tra i tanti che ci venivano proposti da trip. Una vera sorpresa. Da subito hanno avuto l’accortezza di chiederci se avevamo intolleranze. Menu giustamente non troppo vasto (abbiamo scelto pesce anche se propongono carne) e curato nel dettaglio. Unico appunto, i primi sono molto abbondanti, ottime le tagliatelle allo scoglio. Qualità prezzo ottima. Personale molto cortese. Super Consigliato

Giovedì sera ho portato degli amici a cena al bistro 57025 e non solo abbiamo avuto un’accoglienza perfetta come sempre, ma c’è stata asservita un ottimo antipasto composto da vari assaggi veramente ottimi, tra cui consiglio vivamente le sarde alla beccafico, le acciughe alla povera, le cozze ripiene. Per secondo abbiamo preso il gran fitto, asciutto croccante e di gran sapore con dei gamberetti buonissimi. Dentro vi abbiamo trovato dalle classiche patatine ai meravigliosi carciofi fritti, alla polentina, ai ciuffetti alle cozze fritte alle acciughe. Provatelo niente vi deluderà ve lo assicuro.
