Visita a Piombino, e scelgo il Bistrot per le ottime recensioni, non posso che confermare il tutto. Ottimo il cibo dall’antipasto Piombino al loro caciucco ( Vivace di mare ) ma soprattutto i camerieri gentilissimi …. Complimenti!

A pleasant discovery. We came here by chance while browsing Google. There are few dishes on the menu, and for me this is already a sign of quality. The staff are really kind and welcoming and take care of the customer from start to finish. The dishes, both the first and second courses, were delicious and in my opinion also plentiful. I must say that for the quality they are excellent, in fact they could even afford a little more than what you see around. It will definitely be a place we will return to.

We had dinner with friends in this restaurant, after having been there the previous year, and for us it was a pleasant confirmation. Place run by young guys, with deep roots in this area, characterized by an orderly environment, with well-spaced tables and courteous and helpful service. On the advice of the very kind waitress, who also honored us with a taste of fried anchovies and a generous sip of the Vermentino suggested to us, we ordered two Piombino appetizers, two pasta with seafood, a risotto with sea foam and a tagliolini alla rossa (I hope that I didn't get the name wrong). Very fresh fish, cleaned with great attention and of excellent quality. Pasta made by them, with the availability of various formats that they recommend based on the dish and the customer's taste. With half a liter of house Vermentino and three desserts we spent 140 euros. A more than good price for how much we ate. A certainty, not only for the quality of the fish but, above all, for the kindness and attention of the managers. We can't wait to return, see you soon!

Double evening, first experience of fish and then of meat, with tasting of first courses both times. No nonsense, extremely appreciated, super friendly in service, good and beautiful dishes! Next time I return to Piombino I will definitely come back!
