The food was good, nothing special. Based on the reviews, I expected something more interesting, more original. The waiters were very friendly. The location was so-so for Piombino.

Excellent bistro, it was my first time and it certainly won't be my last, because the dishes are delicious, carefully prepared and well-thought out, with generous portions. The staff and service are precise and impeccable, and the interior is well-kept and very charming. From the outside, you can't imagine what the inside is like, so... come in 😉 They're truly great, see you next time!

Delicious food. The seafood was amazing!!! The service was wonderful, very helpful, and incredibly kind. But most of all, the food was delicious!!! We recommend it. Worth it!!!

Every year when we visit Piombino, we always stop here, and it's always a pleasure: delicious, carefully prepared dishes, excellent ingredients, and always attentive and courteous service, where every customer, no matter how busy it is, feels "at the center." This year, a couple of friends came with us with two little girls, and I appreciated the extra attention the Bistrot pays to its little guests... highly recommended!

We were on vacation in Piombino and discovered this restaurant in the center's alleys. The location isn't anything special, but it's definitely disadvantaged by being on the roadside. There were three of us, and they took us in without a reservation at 10:30 PM. The staff was friendly, and the owner was simply FABULOUS. She explained the dishes and wines with incredible love. We asked her for recommendations on most of the dishes. Everything was delicious, and the service was very fast. I highly recommend going there; you won't be disappointed.

Era da tempo che desideravo provare questo locale, e alla fine mi sono convinta ad andarci da sola. È stata una bellissima esperienza: mi sono sentita davvero coccolata, sia dalla bontà dei piatti che dalla gentilezza del personale. Lo staff è cordiale, attento e accogliente fin dal primo momento. Il Bistrot è un piccolo gioiello, curato nei minimi dettagli, e lo stesso amore si riflette in ogni piatto. Ho assaggiato la pasta al ragù di polpo, talmente ben fatta da lasciarmi senza parole: sapori ricchi, freschi e avvolgenti, ma al tempo stesso delicati. Non potevo non concludere con un dolce, un buon caffè e una crema al whisky... un finale perfetto. Una cucina di qualità che ti fa sentire bene, come a casa, anche se sei lontano. Lo consiglio a occhi chiusi a chiunque voglia mangiare bene, fare una bella figura o semplicemente regalarsi un momento speciale. Complimenti sinceri a tutto lo staff. Tornerò sicuramente!

Questa sera abbiamo scelto questo locale tra i tanti che ci venivano proposti da trip. Una vera sorpresa. Da subito hanno avuto l’accortezza di chiederci se avevamo intolleranze. Menu giustamente non troppo vasto (abbiamo scelto pesce anche se propongono carne) e curato nel dettaglio. Unico appunto, i primi sono molto abbondanti, ottime le tagliatelle allo scoglio. Qualità prezzo ottima. Personale molto cortese. Super Consigliato
