Had only the ice cream(pistachio) and it was the exceptional. One of the best ice creams - by far. A young staff served us, and the price was a fair one (8 euro for 2 cones - and they were big portions).

We booked through TheFork for our last evening in Florence. Very kind staff, the girl who always served us with a smile on her face and very good food. We will return for future stays in the area

Expensive food / drinks on a mediocre level of quality. Most of the staff was grumpy. Some staff was just relaxing on their phone, whilst the toilets could have some cleaning instead.

You are in the heart of Florence! You can eat excellent meat paired with a good wine section. Frequented by tourists who take advantage of it even just for a glass! Good price/quality!

22/12/2024: Everything perfect, nice and clean room but check out is held hostage by an employee who is late so the reception is closed and there are 30 of us waiting for him since 3pm. Absurd.
08/12/2024: Penthouse Suite with an unmissable view of the Duomo and Signoria. The room is divided over two floors. The one below is very hot... the one above is cool (given the size of the room and the old fixtures, it is difficult to heat it all up) Comfortable bed, a little old tub. Services are a little lacking, sugar and tea bags are missing. And in general, being a Suite, bathrobes and slippers are expected. At the reception Nasy was very kind, friendly, cute and ready to lend a hand. The plus, however, remains the absolutely dreamlike view.

02/08/2024: Posto carino con vista su Firenze e abbastanza fresco, piatti molto abbondanti sia di quantità che di condimento. I vini, sia della casa che in bottiglia, lasciano parecchio a desiderare. Prezzi medio/bassi Servizio pessimo, i camerieri girano girano ma concludono veramente poco; i tempi di attesa sono veramente lunghi anche più di un'ora per avere la prima portata.
29/07/2024: È sempre un piacere tornare a fare visita a questo ristorante, per qualità ,porzioni, simpatia del personale e del grandissimo nappino
