Everything was perfect, the food was exquisite, and the service showed an attention to detail that is rare to find in other places!

We had the "short escape" menu plus the tomato variation, with the tomato ice cream being a standout and not a single dish disappointing. The apple and hazelnut (with miso ice cream) dessert was excellent.

Absolutely amazing. Michelin Bib Gourmand is maybe underselling this place. The entire meal was amazing and the service excellent. The spin on all their foods was so cool. Our favorite was the agnolotti amatriciana that was such a surprise.

I rarely give full stars but it’s the best restaurant I’ve ever tried in Europe until now, the food is great and authentic , the owner check on people without distrusting.

The menu at this restaurant pleased me with its variety, and everything I tried was cooked at the highest level. You can feel that the products are fresh, and the chefs know their business. To balance the pleasure of eating, I used the calorie counting service from the photo. Excellent combination!

I often go to 53 Untitled and always want to return, because every time feels like the first. The menu is truly interesting, and every dish is thoughtfully crafted. The choice of top-quality ingredients and wines, the owners' expertise and friendliness, and the staff's knowledge and courtesy make this place not only one of the best in our city, but also a place where you always feel at home, where good food and good wine are accompanied by a pleasant conversation. It could have been a perfect dinner, but there's one downside. The food is delicious, very original and modern, with beautiful presentations, and the service team is very pleasant. I was disappointed by the amount of pasta served for the main courses, especially the beetroot one. I'm a small eater, and yet I would have liked to have double the amount on the plate, especially when it comes to pasta... We still had a great time, and this restaurant is a wonderful discovery.
