Fun experience. We did the four course set menu. The food was ok – not bad by any means but it was not what I expected after finding it on the Michelin list. Stand out was the beef dumplings.
Note: They charge for the tap water, service charge per person, chareged for bread that we didn't receive... Nothing insane but 2€ for every little thing adds up for sure so this is something to note. if considering a visit.

My favorite place in Rome.
I go there often, and every time is a new experience: the location is intimate yet perfect for a dinner with friends, the food is divine, and the wine list is excellent with a wide selection. During the warmer months, you can also eat outside in one of the alleys of central Rome.
Mariangela makes you feel at home and can also recommend pairings based on the dishes you choose.
I can only give it top marks—it's definitely worth a try.

We celebrated our anniversary at 53 Untitled and it was a wonderful experience. We chose "the Chef's menu" and every course was delicious. My favorite was the oyster: every element surrounding the oyster enhanced its flavor, keeping it the star of the show. The service was impeccable; Mariangela made us feel special, delighting us with her gin and tonics. Honorable mention for the tiramisu: I've never tasted such a delicious cream! ;)

10 for service, 10 for cuisine, 10 for location... the best choice of the week in Rome.
We didn't choose it at random, but every time we go to Rome we'll end up there... luckily there was a table for two. The service is spectacular. They speak all languages. The maître d' made a recommendation that was crucial; we chose two different menus for the two of us.
We shared many dishes, and all were excellent. With this team of waiters and this cuisine, we believe nothing can go wrong.
We had a delicious, very fruity local white wine, a Puntinata Malvasia, which improved throughout the meal.
Thank you so much to everyone; it was a wonderful experience for us.

Invited by a friend, I had the pleasure of discovering, among the evocative alleys of the historic center of Rome, 53 Untitled, a place capable of transforming a dinner into a sensory journey between hospitality, taste and beauty, intertwining in the dishes the experiences gathered by the owners on their travels.
From the first moment you are welcomed with warmth and professionalism: the service is simply impeccable. The staff manages to combine kindness, attention and competence with a rare naturalness, making every guest feel pampered and welcome.
The cuisine is a true symphony of flavors. The patata brava is an explosion of taste that surprises for its balance and intensity, executed with absolute mastery. The cod, presented in two different versions, enchants for its consistency and flavor, demonstrating a deep knowledge of the raw material and a refined culinary technique. And then the tomato from Navarra, nothing short of celestial, a true jewel that tells a story of territory and creativity, with a full, authentic and surprising flavor. Then there are the wines, the fantastic passito, the desserts, but words would not be enough to describe the quality of the products and the care and skill with which they are described.
All this takes place in a unique setting: the tables overlooking alleys steeped in history, among ancient stones and timeless atmospheres, make the experience at 53 Untitled something much more than a simple dinner. It is a meeting of innovative flavors and tradition, which tells in the dishes stages lived and reinterpreted with elegance and passion, in a place that enchants the eyes and the palate.
Absolutely recommended for those looking for a high-level gastronomic experience, with an authentic, elegant and creative soul.
