The new female management is evident: the restaurant is meticulously maintained, the welcome is warm, and the customer service is outstanding. We started with a truly excellent aperitif, well-prepared and accompanied by quality appetizers. The menu offers traditional dishes (the Gricia and Amatriciana are top notch!) as well as lighter options for those who want to eat lightly without sacrificing taste. Excellent value.
