I'm sorry to change a review from 1 year ago but certainly when it's empty it's easy for them to follow the customer. I confirm the friendliness of the service, but the food was all poor and tasted awful, raw pasta and semi-frozen pizza. The karaoke evening is more of a concert without the singer and all the customers smoke freely in the venue. It's a shame to think again

20/05/2025: The coffee is great. The girls at the counter are friendly.
07/04/2025: Vado abbastanza spesso ad acquistare la mozzarella e non solo, mi spiace però constatare che il personale è piuttosto scostante con atteggiamento antipatico, insomma come se mi fanno un favore, una signora in particolare. Comunque i prodotti che ho provato sono tutti buoni. Un po' più di cortesia non guasterebbe.

15/06/2025: Great experience, very funny waiter. Food was excellent. Really enjoyed our meal and will probably be back here tomorrow night :-)
30/05/2025: Impeccable service, courteous staff, who looked at me to anticipate what I might need. Always a full glass, and a sincere smile. I will definitely be back.. p.s. You must not miss the carbonara. Few do it really well.
