I went to Trattoria del Borgo on Saturday evening and had a great time. It's a perfect place for both a good pizza and a taste of the cuisine. The pizzas are unique and truly delicious, with sophisticated pairings. The appetizers and desserts are also worth a visit, everything is very well thought out. Overall, a welcoming place with good food. I would gladly return.

I went there during the week with a friend and we had a really good time. We ordered two pizzas, a Parma and an Italian-American, and shared them: we loved both. The Italian-American in particular is really interesting, a mix of flavors with pastrami, pickles, mustard, and stracciatella that pairs beautifully and makes it different from the usual. A truly great pizza. Overall, we ate very well; one of the best pizzas I've had in Taranto. The service was also courteous, friendly, and fast! We'll see you again soon!

I also tried the food and I must say I was surprised: the fresh linguine with clams was truly delicious; I didn't expect it to be this good! Recommended place, I'd gladly return.
