The place is very welcoming and well-decorated, although the tables are a bit close together.
The staff was friendly and very helpful.
We had pizza, which was really good and served after a very short wait—truly surprising.

Good afternoon, we were there last night for our son's birthday. The pizza was spectacular, with excellent dough, well-cooked, and generous toppings. The prices were fair, and Mauro, the waiter, was extremely polite and helpful. We'll gladly return.

An excellent experience at 400 Gradi Trattoria del Borgo!
For appetizers, we chose the rich and flavorful platter of cured meats and dairy products, along with a fresh and colorful mixed salad. The baked potatoes and crispy French fries were excellent. For main courses, we had a sliced heifer steak with arugula, parmesan, and cherry tomatoes, and a sliced spicy Angus shoulder steak: both perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful. We washed it all down with an excellent Primitivo della Puglia and a refreshing lemon sorbet. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Even if it was just a quick lunch, we had a good time. The kindness of Mauro, who welcomed us, is worth coming to this place in itself. There's room for improvement; the location is beautiful and welcoming. Worth a visit.

A delicious and authentic experience. I just visited this trattoria (I'd already been there to try the pizza, which I thought was delicious!) and I have to say it was a real discovery! I ordered the six-course appetizer and a first course of mezzelli ziti with yellow and red cherry tomatoes and capocollo from Martina Franca. It was truly delicious, everything top-quality, and they make the bread themselves. I was truly satisfied with what I ordered.
The staff was attentive and friendly.
I highly recommend this trattoria to anyone who wants to enjoy high-quality, authentic traditional cuisine.
I'll be back soon to try other dishes.

A welcoming place, the staff is super friendly, they welcome you with a smile and make you feel at ease. The food is the best thing of all. I had a Margherita with buffalo mozzarella... fantastic! With a soft, tasty base and top-quality toppings, it's truly spectacular. An experience to repeat. This is a place where you feel good and eat well! I'll definitely be back!

Tonight, almost by chance, I had dinner with friends at the 400°Trattoria del Borgo restaurant in Taranto. It was a pleasant surprise! The restaurant is well-kept, yet simple; Enzo, one of the staff, is a delightful and friendly person who made us feel at ease; it felt like we were eating with family.
The dishes were all excellent, both in terms of the ingredients and the preparation: home-made aromas and flavors! The first and second courses were excellent; to finish, the lemon sorbet cleansed and delighted our palates. The prices are more than fair.
I recommend everyone to stop and eat at this restaurant if you're craving something good.

Taranto, my city, abandoned by me, a city of love and hate. Yes, in Taranto last night I ate a truly delicious portion of Rice, Potatoes, and Mussels. The potatoes were lovely and crispy, the rice perfectly cooked, the mussels tasty and flavorful. The cheese was just the right amount. Truly delicious. And to think I went there because I was craving pizza...
