It's been a while since I've been there, but it's always the best pan pizza in Turin. The sausage and gorgonzola are the best, excellent for any occasion. The owners are very kind. And let's not forget the farinata, it's exceptional.

Repeated experience after a year!! And what can I say, everything was amazing. Honestly, we came back from Rome because a year ago we tried the cioncia here and I must say it was so impressive that we went back a year later!!! Top!! We also tried the potato-stuffed zucchini flowers on a bed of parmesan cheese, mouth-watering! We left super satisfied this time too!!!

It's been 20 years since I've tried pan pizza and...bammmm..!! A whole new world has opened up to me..!! From now on, pizza will mean, 4 Assi, pan pizza, obviously with farinata (delicious) and tiramisu (made by them, spectacular..!!)

Ottime le pizze sia classiche al mattone che al padellino. Degna di nota la buonissima farinata. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Servizio veloce a professionale. Bravi ai fratelli Sanna titolari dell' attività che da tanti anni riescono a mantenere il buon livello qualitativo.

25/08/2025: Traveling with friends in August. Very quiet place, dinner and breakfast with locally sourced, top-quality products. The host was always attentive to our requests and available for anything. We even purchased their homemade products, like honey and jams. We'll definitely be back!
25/08/2025: Luca welcomed us during the Hannibal Maeatona, a race we were participating in. It was like being hosted by family. He was incredibly kind and willing to offer us breakfast at 4 a.m. on the day of the race. He even cooked us polenta and wild boar (delicious) upon request. Homemade, healthy, and rustic cooking; exceptional breakfasts with his jams and mountain butter. The rooms are very welcoming and the location is enchanting. We had a wonderful stay; Luca was truly wonderful. We will definitely be back.

09/11/2025: I found myself having lunch at Delle Alpi with friends after a short stroll through Turin. I must say that from the outside, it doesn't look like much; you wouldn't expect it to be a large dining room with furnishings that are, to say the least, dated, '70s-'80s style. We didn't have a long wait, considering the room was full and we hadn't booked, but when the food arrived, it was a feast for the eyes and then the palate. Huge plates, home-style cooking, and a more than fair bill made for a truly positive experience. I would definitely return. The owner is very professional; you can tell he knows his stuff, and he makes you feel right at home. The table service could be improved.
