An absolute recommendation; the vitello tonnato was outstanding, and the summer pizza was a truly special treat. Prosecco and white wine were a good match for our meal. The staff are competent, friendly, and attentive...and, above all, it's spotlessly clean. We'd love to go back!

We came spontaneously and got a table inside. The service was very friendly and attentive. It was also great with children. The pizzas were very, very tasty! We highly recommend this restaurant.

Anyone looking for a truly good pizza in Merano will sooner or later end up here—and rightly so! 🍕 The pizza is excellent, the crust crispy, the toppings fresh and perfectly balanced. The price is pleasantly mid-range—absolutely fair for the quality. We had a very good meal and received friendly and attentive service. This is exactly what you want from an Italian evening: uncomplicated, welcoming, and top-notch. A clear recommendation and five stars from us without hesitation! 👌🇮🇹

Rifugio Fondovalle

13/07/2025: We returned after a while and finally managed to grab a snack despite the crowds. The girl who served us was very kind and courteous, finding us a seat inside (there were three of us), and very quick in taking our orders and bringing our food. Everything was very good at a price that, all things considered, was fair for the place. Definitely worth a try.
13/07/2025: The refuge is located in the Fiscalina Valley. It's 45 minutes from the furthest free parking lot and 20 minutes from the closest paid parking lot. The restaurant is a gem, beautifully furnished, and perfectly located. The food is excellent, and the staff is friendly and fast. I highly recommend it.
