I had dinner at 3 Quarti in Taormina and was truly won over: a restaurant that works with integrity, taste, and great attention to detail. I started with a beef tartare: precisely cut, fresh meat, and just the right amount of seasoning, with a salad, cherry tomatoes, and cream that complement the dish without overpowering its flavor. For my second course, I had a meat dish with potatoes and green beans: perfectly cooked, the meat tender on the inside and beautifully browned on the outside, resting on a creamy potato base; the crispy green beans add balance and lightness. You can sense the chef's touch, attentive to the ingredients and the cooking process: linear, focused, flawless dishes. Exceptional service, relaxed atmosphere. In conclusion, 3 Quarti is a restaurant I would recommend without hesitation to anyone seeking refined, authentic cuisine in Taormina.

After a week in Sicily, I’ve come to think Italian food is massively overrated. HOWEVER, this place was amazing. Every dish slapped. Wines slapped. Dessert — boom. Dad and daughter serving tables — heartwarming. Honestly wish I’d come back here

This small, family-run restaurant is very charming and welcoming. It has tables along a quiet, charming alleyway, perfect for a relaxed dinner. The dishes are tasty and well-prepared, and the wine is excellent. Highly recommended!

Our two-week trip through Sicily, and TreQuarti Taormina Antipasteria Siciliana was without a doubt the best restaurant we discovered. If you're in Taormina, you simply must visit. The service was friendly, attentive, and truly fantastic. The food was amazing, full of flavor and prepared with great care. We enjoyed it from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience the real Sicily.

What tranquility in this bustling Taormina, even in November, in this restaurant where the welcome and the short but delicious daily menu are a delight. Tucked away from the main street, this place is a must-visit and of exceptional quality.

Amazing place, veal rolls in lemon leafs were outstanding. Highly recommended!

3.5/5 Maybe I had a bad luck. My out of menu pasta was really mediocre and I was surprised how pricey it was when the bill came. Parmigiana was good. Wine was good, service was nice. The next time would stick to the menu probably.
