I don't usually leave reviews, but I do for one simple reason: to give the owner the opportunity to fix some small but important things. Last night I stopped by for a product and couldn't help but notice a girl who, after doing various calculations and handling banknotes and ATM cards without washing her hands, proceeded to garnish pizzas or other items with chips and cold cuts without, I repeat, washing her hands. These are small things, but they need to be fixed. Don't take this as a review intended to denigrate your business, but as something constructive.

It's become a regular stop; whenever I'm in the area for work, it's a given that I stop here. Beatrice, the girl behind the counter, is truly professional and courteous. The pizza is a guarantee; you can taste the quality of the ingredients used. The atmosphere is clean and well-kept, and the restrooms are always tidy. I love eating here; it's the highlight of my day ❤️❤️❤️ YOU ARE THE BEST!!!

We didn't enjoy the pizza very much. The fried calzone was very oily and the flavor was nothing special. The anchovy pizza was made with pickled anchovies; it wasn't very good, although the dough was decent. The beer was good. The staff was a bit indifferent.

Non ci vengo spesso ma la pizza é sempre una conferma. Forse i prezzi sono più alti della media ma, i prodotti sono di buona qualitá, sopra la media. I dolci non all'altezza sicuramente

19/09/2025: So, first of all, my deepest sympathy and respect for those who attempt the refuge (despite it not being a "high-altitude" refuge). In winter, I think it's difficult due to transportation... and in summer, it's very crowded, since you can also get there by car, with all the inconveniences that entails depending on the type of people arriving. It certainly doesn't please everyone, that's normal. However, I was there during a quiet period; the food offering is typical of refuges; I wasn't looking for anything else, but the attention to detail in the dishes should be better controlled. In my case, the pastin was badly burned on the outside (black), so much so that I had to "fix" it to eat half of it. I understand a lot of things: family-run? The slightly dated kitchen equipment? Or maybe just a bad day and a poor eye for what's on the plate? I'll go back for a tour and reassess.

16/11/2025: Agriturismo Filippon in Tambre has become a regular destination for us, a refuge where you can unwind and immerse yourself in nature. The place has been beautifully renovated, warm and welcoming thanks to the predominant use of wood, with large windows offering a bucolic, green, and rejuvenating view of the surrounding meadows. The atmosphere is authentic and authentic: the dishes change frequently, reflecting the seasons and the availability of raw materials, always ensuring freshness and authenticity. Every visit is a pleasant discovery. Their true and undisputed strength, their signature dish, is the extraordinary homemade ice cream. Having cows and producing their own milk, the quality is unparalleled. It's a must-try in any season, and worth the trip alone! We highly recommend booking, as the place is always full, a clear sign of the general appreciation. The area also offers wonderful opportunities to digest the delicacies: the surrounding walks are enchanting, such as the one leading to the "Bus de la Lum." Filippon is the perfect combination of excellent cuisine, relaxation, and nature. Highly recommended!
