Located in a very quiet and cool village, this place deserves top marks. Excellent food, fresh and well prepared, professional and unobtrusive service, friendly, smiling and helpful owners. Some people complain about waiting? When you want to eat healthy and genuine, waiting is an excellent sign, it means that everything is prepared on time, then at lunch/dinner you're not in a hurry. We from Altamura were there yesterday for the first time... and we will be back for the second... the third... the fourth and so on. Really good, I wish you the best.
