La sua missione è offrire ai clienti prodotti originali, realizzati con l'utilizzo di materie prime selezionate, garantendo un prodotto finito di qualità. Offre una vasta gamma di dolci artigianali sia freschi che secchi per soddisfare anche i palati più esigenti. La cucina vanta anche una pinsa romana, una varietà di hamburger di alta qualità, una caffetteria per gli amanti del buon caffè e un cocktail bar. La sala interna è climatizzata, con pochi ma comodi posti a sedere anche su divanetti, mentre all'esterno è presente un dehor riscaldato.
