One of the most famous places on Via Sarpi.
The meat ravioli are good, although I had higher expectations. I recommend the beef-filled crepe, which is truly delicious (there's also a vegan option).
Prices are reasonable.

Quick service, take away food and fair quality. The taste is like in usual wonton, I couldn't find anything that would make the dumplings special, but the soy sauce was very good. I can recommend for fast snack.

The taste of the dumplings is really incredible! They were ready in about 5 minutes, no waiting. There are several types to choose from and they are really fresh. I really felt like I was somewhere in Asia!

Absolutely amazing dumplings! I can see why this place is so famous :) We were lucky and didn't have to wait for our order at all, there was no queue and after paying we got the dumplings immediately, hot and super fresh. We tried them with beef and pork fillings and we recommend both! The staff was very nice and can communicate in English :) You can also pay by card.

I'm only reviewing the food, which is beyond excellent. Believe me, I've never eaten ravioli like this! The service was lacking, meaning it's a small roadside shop, takeout. There's no seating. Believe me, it's worth it!

At Ravioleria Sarpi, I had the meat ravioli, handmade in front of you, and a large Tsingtao. The ravioli were truly flavorful and fresh. It's the perfect spot in Paolo Sarpi for a quick, authentic, and affordable snack. You eat standing up, but the quality makes it worth the wait.
