1991 Ristorante Pizzeria In Fondi

24/02/2025: Four people, each of us chose a different gourmet pizza. The pizza chef served them to us one after the other, allowing us to taste a slice each. After the fourth pizza, we decided to order a fifth, and the explosion of flavors, combined with the dough leavened for 48 hours, gave us an intense experience for the taste buds and the imagination. Pure enjoyment. I suggest doing this instead of eating just one flavor. For four people it is perfect. The price is absolutely adequate for what is offered and for the attention to detail. Well done!

20/02/2025: First time in Pontinia and I wanted pizza. I wanted to try this pizzeria and I was really satisfied: I got a take-away pizza and couldn't resist eating it immediately. Perfect dough, leavening and cooking. Truly an excellent choice!
