03/11/2025: An excellent experience at this osteria in the heart of Salsomaggiore. The service was excellent, friendly, and welcoming. Perhaps a little slow, but that wasn't a problem for me. The dishes were all very good, as well as sophisticated in flavor, not always 100% traditional (and that's fine). The wine recommended by the host was good. The place was a little cold for my taste; I would have preferred a little more warmth. Still, I recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

02/11/2025: Dinner on Saturday evening with a group of friends: warm and welcoming place, delicious food, friendly and knowledgeable host, especially regarding the extensive wine list. A total of 10/10.
