Pizza, the "Roman" kind, very thin, at stellar levels.

I've been getting pizza from them for about a year. never a problem, pizza always good and sometimes very generous in size (almost always folded on the edge because it doesn't fit in the box!!!). yesterday I had a simple "mistake", the ham was missing on a pizza. I called them to report it and they promptly sent me back the correct pizza. I think it's the right way to take your customers into consideration. good and highly recommended! Fried foods are P-A-U-R-A. Too bad they don't make french fries, but there's always time for perfection :-)

On our trip to Rome we wanted to try real Italian pizza. So we chose this pizzeria not knowing much about it but based on the number of customers we saw there over the course of several days. We ordered pizza to take away. Because the apartment we stayed in in Rome was very close, we managed to eat it very fresh, warm as if it had just come out of the oven. The pizza was extremely delicious and well made, it changed our perception of what a real pizza should be like. I recommend this restaurant for a real Roman pizza

A sure thing...fantastic pizza!

Inizio dicendo che i fritti per me sono stati spettacolari, se tornerò da 180 grammi sarà solo per loro, oltre a un'impanatura perfetta e una realizzazione impeccabile sono anche stimolanti concettualmente, come il fish and chips con merluzzo e patate invertiti. Però il punto forte del locale dovrebbe essere la pizza e in particolare l'impasto per cui sono famosi, qui la qualità non è bassa ma neanche eccellente come mi aspettavo, vanno bene i condimenti particolari e concettualmente interessanti, ma questi, al contrario dei fritti, peccano nella realizzazione. Io penso che per un impasto perfetto prima tu debba saper fare bene una marinara o una Margherita, il resto viene dopo. Sicuramente avrò sbagliato anche io nello scegliere la pizza (ho preso quella ispirata alla salsa cocktail, condimento particolare ma molto sciapo) ma l'impasto non era adatto a quel condimento e secondo me è uno sbaglio importante. Dolce buono, servizio leggermente disattento ma ci sta visto il numero di clienti.

Il posto è moderno ed easy con vista sul forno e cucina. Buon servizio accogliente e attenti ai cliente. Abbiamo preso due antipasti: pizza bianca co’nbotto de mortazza e due supplì classico, tutto ottimo. Per quanto riguarda le pizze: “La Prima” ovvero porchetta fatta da loro con cicoria selvatica e una classica margherita che è stato il banco di prova per il test. Impasto leggero, fina alla romana con buone materie prime , un buon sapore e ben equilibrata. Tutto ottimo, devo dire che non è stata “un’esperienza” come piace definirla a me ma è assolutamente da provare. Rapporto qualità/prezzo buono, con 4 birre IPA e 1 bottiglia di acqua abbiamo speso 65€ Sicuramente da consigliare!!

Excellent fried foods, good pizza too.

I got three takeaway pizzas. Good despite the pre-cooked bases. It's a shame that a hair in the mix messed everything up. Even the girl with long hair who seasons the pizzas doesn't wear a cap. I received a ❤️ rather than an apology as a response. It's raining wet.
