Exceptional Sacher cake and infinite variety of even refined pastries. We took about ten assorted pieces with a barley and a ginseng (we had already had lunch). Very happy to have found this place thanks to the internet, we were in Fermo for tourism and didn't know it. Spacious, clean and welcoming environment. Professional and extremely kind staff. €43 for just over a kilo of cake is crazy, considering that it wasn't even the cake we ordered. On the other hand, nothing to say about the quality and courtesy of the staff. The choice of freshly ground coffee is excellent, certainly a welcome choice of quality. I don't think I will come back to shop with you again unfortunately, prices are too high.

The quality of the food is truly excellent, and you can feel the experience with every bite, whether sweet or savory. The staff is excellent, even under stress I saw professionalism. Professionalism not recognized by all those people who have just entered the restaurant and want to be served immediately. But I think whether you're a trusted customer or not, you have to queue like everyone else. On the most stressful days people need to be understanding.
