The service is always quick and, even when some dishes do not arrive with Swiss precision, the staff is kind, helpful and ready to make up for it with a smile. The location does not focus on the wow effect, but it is bright, clean and with comfortable seats. The aquarium adds a relaxing touch and the bathrooms – often neglected elsewhere – here are always impeccable: spacious and very clean. Sushi 1688 is the right place for those looking for substance and quality, without getting lost in the “Instagram” frills. You come here to eat well, and you eat really well. In at least fifty visits, never a problem: neither stomach nor anything else.
