The restaurant is nestled in some truly beautiful grottos. Delicious dishes, always helpful staff. Prices are reasonable. Among other dishes, we ordered a delicious first course: cavatellini with yellow cherry tomato sauce, pezzente sausage (typical sausage), and cardoncelli mushrooms. Excellent.

I'd been wanting to dine at this restaurant for a while, and finally, in early January, I did. The location is simply fantastic; dining 18 meters underground is truly unique. Despite the excellent quality of the ingredients and the simply prepared dishes that make you savor every single ingredient with every bite, I was quite disappointed. From a location like this, you expect more. Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired; the staff isn't very well trained; they lack the basics. They can't bring out the main appetizers and forget about individual dishes; they can't wait for water after having already requested it several times; and they can't give you a menu from which you can't order almost anything because it's winter and that's a summer menu. These are just some of the issues we encountered. All in all, among the staff, we found a young man who tried to resolve the various issues. Expectations were very high. I'm sorry to write this review, but I hope it helps us improve. I think with a few extra tricks, you can truly become the best. Ahhhhh, I forgot about the Milanese placemats, NOOOOOO.
