The place is aesthetically stunning, the food is good, but the staff is inattentive and a bit sparse. My friend Elisa and I asked for a hot drink, but the guy gave us cold ones. Plus, the guy gave the wrong change, wasting 10 cents. Overall, it's okay, I give it an 8. They simply need to hire people who are willing to work and put in the effort.

12/07/2025: Los pequeños sándwiches estaban muy sabrosos y deliciosos. Los pasteles y tartas tenían un sabor muy bueno y el servicio prestado fue excelente. Una visita obligada en Parma
29/06/2025: Materie prime buone e un bel bar spazioso,pulito e si sta bene,unica pecca per quanto mi riguarda un po' troppo lento il servizio anche se di sabato e c'era parecchia gente,aspettare 25/ 30 minuti per dei cornetti già pronti e per la preparazione di tre cappuccini mi sembra un po' troppo....
