Wonderful dinner. Impeccable service, attentive, present, and never intrusive. Truly excellent, carefully crafted, and balanced dishes. Special mention for the gluten intolerance management: one of the guests present was gluten intolerant, and the kitchen adapted the entire tasting menu without any problem, offering high-quality alternatives and without making us "give up" for anything. We will definitely be back.

It didn't meet my expectations. I'd been wanting to go for a long time; based on the photos and the menu, I had high expectations. The land tasting menu didn't fully convince me, both in terms of the narrative of the dishes and the price. I didn't feel a continuity between the flavors, especially in the second course, the main course. I was disappointed; the elements seemed disjointed. My biggest disappointment stems mainly from the fact that the à la carte dishes brought to other diners were much more thoughtful, rich, and interesting. I also noticed this difference in the service, which was much more attentive and accommodating to the à la carte tables with a large number of diners. Overall, a nice place, a pleasant atmosphere, but for the €170 spent (2 tasting menus + 2 non-alcoholic cocktails), I expected better.

I dined at this excellent restaurant on December 31, 2025. I definitely appreciated the highly trained and friendly staff. The location was also very beautiful and well-kept. The wine list was truly sublime. And above all, the high-quality cuisine, everything delicious, from appetizers to main courses and desserts. The mojito sorbet was unforgettable. The bill was in line with the experience. The quality of the dinner and the location have definitely won them a repeat customer. I will gladly return.

We opted for the Truffle Degustation Menü, which showcased the kitchen’s creativity and commitment to quality. The produce used in each dish was clearly top-tier, and you could taste how it elevated the flavors to something exceptional. A special mention goes to the restaurant’s flexibility—when we asked to swap the dessert for an entrée, they accommodated us without hesitation, which added a personal touch to the experience. While most dishes were impeccable, the croquette and poached egg didn’t quite reach the same high standard as the rest. That said, they were still delicious and well-prepared, just slightly overshadowed by the brilliance of the other courses. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, with Matteo standing out for his thoughtful explanations about each dish and the sourcing of ingredients. His passion for quality and storytelling added depth to the meal. We’ll definitely be visiting again—this place is a gem for anyone who appreciates refined cuisine and heartfelt service.
