The restaurant is located in the central square. The inside is very small. We found a table outside. The owner made a fuss about turning on the heater. The orecchiette with ragù aren't my typical Apulian recipe. The orecchiette arrived with a small piece of stew. The grated cheese never arrived. The prices are still high for what we ate. Let's just say you pay for the central location, not the quality of the products.

After a morning spent in Alberobello, I chose this place somewhat by chance, drawn in by the dishes on the menu.
Small place, but cute, neat, and clean!!! The staff is kind and friendly! The dishes: delicious! The orecchiette with Apulian ragù was delicious, and the dough was good.
The shellfish-filled parcels were spectacular!!!

We were fortunate to find 100Metricubi two weeks ago. It was late for lunchtime and close to closing time, yet Vincenzo graciously seated us on the plaza and served us a wonderful lunch of rose', bombetta, salad, salmon carpacio and vegetable flan. The food, setting, service and experience was excellent! As architects, we enjoyed Vincenzo sharing some of the details of the Trulli interior. He also offered guidance on where we should visit next, which was a beautiful seacoast village near his home of Andria. Well done Vincenzo! You have created a special place!

In addition to the magnificent location, we also found an equally excellent restaurant, chosen for its gluten-free options. The service was truly impeccable, and we didn't have to wait despite the crowds. We sat down at our table and were brought drinks and taralli (the best I've had all vacation). We continued with a delicious mixed antipasto of cured meats and cheeses, ravioli with scampi cream and yellow cherry tomatoes, and a gluten-free version of orecchiette, which were also excellent. We concluded the evening with octopus served with mashed potatoes and onions, which was also delicious. It was a shame the octopus was a bit tough, but it didn't ruin our dinner. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back.

Provato a pranzo durante la nostra visita ad Alberobello. Tutto sommato buono. Abbiamo provato antipasto e primi. Da rivedere i cocktail, che non mi hanno soddisfatto.
