A truly delightful experience, a great way to spend a different kind of evening. I chose the "cuisine for two hearts" evening and we were truly amazed, it was fun and enjoyable! Thanks to chef Luca Balboni.

A very special gourmet cooking course – also for amateur cooks – takes you to the "Food Lab" cooking school and the master chefs of Modena's agri-food excellence scene. Participants will learn how to roll out the dough and close a true Modenese tortellino. All accompanied, of course, by a fine glass of Lambrusco. The experience truly exceeded my expectations! It was a delightful, informative, and fun evening. I attended the cooking class as a couple; Luca and Fabio were incredibly patient and helpful, and provided tons of tips and tricks of the trade. The most incredible thing is that the class, which allows you to cook together from appetizer to dessert, is perfect for both beginners and experienced chefs. Making the dough and rolling it out with a rolling pin is a wonderful part of our tradition, and sharing it with your partner is truly special. Another thing I really enjoyed was bringing the tables together at the end of the class and eating what we had prepared together. Thanks again, and see you next time!
