07/02/2026: I placed a takeout order over the phone, providing the correct address. After confirming the order, I was told delivery was not possible because it was "too far away." However, the restaurant is about 750 meters from the address indicated, as can be easily verified on Google Maps. I understand any organizational limitations, but clearer and more transparent communication from the outset would be preferable, rather than inconsistent explanations. Unfortunately, this was a negative experience.
