13/08/2025: We came for pizza, and were surprised to encounter a very, very rude person who worked at the pizzeria's bar. I politely asked for a rag to clean one of the tables, which wasn't even clean at the time. She responded rudely, giving me a disgusting rag, insulting me, and many other things. It's a shame for the place to have people like that. They make you never want to return.

18/07/2025: For a salad and little else, for a quick business lunch, it's fine. The only flaw is that I get to the counter. I ask for a portion of fish. The employee prepares my portion, and in the meantime, a bit of breadcrumbs are left hanging on the edge of the plate. She expertly recomposes the breadcrumbs on the fish with her fingers without gloves. I point this out. I ask for a replacement portion. New plate. I say hello. I walk away out of the corner of my eye. I check what she's doing with the portion I didn't want, and with a master stroke, she throws it back on the service counter (she could have at least waited until I'd left). I point this out. She looks at me and complies as if I were a nosy person. I ask to speak to the manager of the facility, who obviously isn't there. I ask for the manager on duty, and the cook tells me if anything's wrong, to report it to management! I sit down and eat. Meanwhile, the manager comes over and politely and embarrassedly apologizes for what happened. I partially accept this apology, not for him, but for his employees, if this happens to customers queuing in a self-service restaurant in the service line. See what we eat when we don't see them in the kitchens behind us? The price is acceptable, the quality is good too. I wonder if he washed his fingers or licked them afterwards?
