A cold plate of tasteless barley, two pieces of bread thrown on the plate together with two slices of salted meat... In a place like this you expect much more. A proposal like this can also be found in a supermarket, not in a place that claims to offer a culinary experience. It's not a question of quantity, but of quality and care. Tragicomic dinner🤣🤣🤣🤣 "A light evening! 😄" We were at the Azienda Agricola Filanda de Boron in Tione di Trento. Table booked, we were a good group: so far everything was perfect. Upon arrival, the very kind Nicola accompanied us to the table and immediately brought us water. Excellent start, hydration first of all! 💧 Then comes the evening's menu, told by word of mouth, with an almost experimental theater tone. And here begins the culinary adventure... Aperitif: a small piece of bread (the size of a 2 euro coin, but maybe a 1 if you look at it from the side) with a few drops of Sicilian oil. It's not clear to us whether it was a greeting at the entrance or a test of attention. 🤔 First course: orzotto with cherry tomatoes, accompanied by a glass of white wine (more glass than wine, but whatever). The flavor? Light. Like the entire portion. 🥄 Second course: two thin transparent slices (like a postage stamp, but more delicate) of carne salada artistically placed on two pieces of bread and three small pieces of giardiniera placed there with earring tweezers, presumably. Another glass of wine followed, always sober like the portions. 🍷 Dessert: four small pieces of sbrisolona with a drop (one!) of marsala. Perhaps the most intense moment of the dinner, or perhaps we were hungry and every crumb seemed like a miracle. 🍪 Price: 35 euros per person. Fixed menu. And also the smile, that was included and necessary to deal with the digestion... of the air. Conclusion: nice atmosphere, suggestive place, kind staff. But here, if you go with the idea of ​​"eating", we recommend a preventive snack or a sandwich in the dashboard for the return. Otherwise, excellent for those who want to feel gastronomically minimalist. 😅

09/06/2025: We visited the farm for our wedding research and we saw a wonderful location and great hospitality. The wines are very good and even the fruit and vegetables have an exceptional flavor, not to mention the oil.. truly exquisite. Nicola is extremely hospitable and kind, he welcomed us with open arms. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to lose themselves among the tastes of the mountains

28/12/2024: Siamo tornati in questo Ferrari bar ( Nabucco) a Madonna di Campiglio , volentieri per un aperitivo trento d’oc …. Ampia scelta di Ferrari per tipologia e invecchiamento Ottimi calici ( griffati ferrari) di rose’ con taglierini di qualita’ Un piacere : prezzi alti , ma giustificati … 👍

13/05/2025: Giuro, sarà stato un caso, ma non ho mai assaggiato un'arrabbiata così! Me la ricordo ancora... A parte questo locale rustico, ottimo per pranzo lavoratori. Sono veloci, le scelte sono varie, a coprire quasi tutte le esigenze, e le porzioni sono molto generose. Un giorno ho preso un secondo che stavo per avanzare... ma era troppo saporito per lasciarlo. Quando siete in zona dovete fermarvi!

26/01/2025: Albergo molto accogliente, pulizia top, gestori molto cordiali, cibo ottimo, sia colazione che cena. Esperienza molto positiva, se ci sarà occasione ritorneremo sicuramente!

01/12/2024: …sono stata per la prima volta a cena!!…in questo ristorante/pizzeria/albergo Dolomiti!!…a Saone!!…frazione del Comune di Tione!!…paese che dista a circa tre chilometri!!…si dice che la struttura sia stata ristrutturata da poco!!…con ampio parcheggio davanti e anche dalla parte opposta della strada!!…ritrovo di famiglia!!…prima delle feste di Natale!!…ambiente in tipico stile alpino con l’incomparabile calore del legno!!…calorosa accoglienza e ospitalità da parte delle proprietarie!!…e dello staff!!…io personalmente ho provato la pizza gourmet!!…anche se devo dire che a me piace di più la tradizionale!!…non era male!!…con una birretta piccola!!…e a seguire il caffè!!…poi abbiamo preso delle grappe e amari!!…io il limoncello!!…di solito viene offerto dalla casa!!…ma così non è stato!!…unica cosa che posso dire: chiaramente venerdì sera sala strapiena!!…caotica!!…un gran vociferare!!…che non si riusciva nemmeno a parlare tra di noi al tavolo!!…cosa notata anche dai miei commensali!!…ma nel complesso!!…che dire!!…ho passato una bella serata!!…indimenticabile soprattutto per il sorriso e l’accoglienza super!!…delle proprietarie e dello staff!!…qui al ristorante/pizzeria/albergo Dolomiti!!…a Saone!!…⬆️🍽️🍻🍕👍‼️

15/11/2024: El entrante, el primi y el main eran todos buenos. Estaba un poco decepcionado con los postres, ya que nada parecía hecho en casa y ¿dónde estaba el horcajón? El servicio fue quizás un poco demasiado rápido, estamos de vacaciones y no en un apuro (quizás demasiados clientes alemanes en la zona). Grande en pizzas.

23/04/2025: Abbiamo scelto di cenare con i prodotti di questa gastronomia e siamo rimasti molto colpiti. Cibo tipico buonissimo, sia già pronto da riscaldare che da cuocere e condire a casa. Tanta scelta e varietà sia di primi che di secondi. Molto soddisfatti!

03/04/2024: Passo spesso da Tione per motivi di lavoro ed è oramai una tappa fissa andare all Happy per un toast o un delizioso Hamburger. Ambiente informale e il propetario Christian veramente simpatico e accogliente. Consigliatossimo anche per un aperitivo con amici.
