07/01/2026: It's worth noting that Luserna, a quaint and isolated mountain village, boasts a remarkable dining scene, with at least four noteworthy establishments, including Ferdy.
This historic restaurant has been tastefully renovated and is professionally managed. The young chef offers traditional Trentino dishes, many of which have been expertly reinterpreted. Friendly service and moderate prices.

We were welcomed with great professionalism and courtesy. The lunch was simply superb, especially your canederli, which delighted all attendees with their authentic flavor and impeccable preparation. A true triumph of Trentino cuisine that warmed our hearts and stomachs.

19/04/2025: Sono stupita da questo posto di passaggio lungo la statale per Trento. Primi ottimi e abbondanti, secondi da favola e qualche piatto tipico trentino. I camerieri e le cameriere di una gentilezza disarmante. Bravi davvero!

26/09/2024: ...che dire, ottimo tutto: dall accoglienza alla professionalità e dal cibo. Siamo stati accolto dal sorriso della proprietaria e dal suo staff, abbiamo ordinato l antipasto misto che abbiamo assaggiato tutti e 7 ...poi ognuno ha ordinato un piatto..dai canederli alle tagliatelle al brasato ..tutto buono. I dolci fatti in casa hanno chiuso egregiamente il pranzo. Prezzo super. Straconsigliato

02/05/2025: Posto meraviglioso e malga ben organizzata, ma ... i prezzi sono davvero troppo alti! Una fetta di torta a 7,50 euro è davvero eccessivo. La presentazione era eccellente con prodotti ricercati e del territorio, ma non è ciò che mi aspetto arrivando da una camminata in una malga. Questi sono prezzi e servizio da ristorante ricercato, che non sono in linea con il luogo ed il contesto nel quale si trova il locale. I proprietari possono raggiungere la malga con auto in 5 minuti dal paese di Luserna, quindi non vi è una giustificazione riferibile al trasporto delle materie.
31/03/2025: Sì, bene la qualità del cibo.. Ma le porzioni sono piccole e i prezzi alti. Non è poi giustificato, a mio avviso, il prezzo del coperto. Il servizio fa parte della proposta, non può giustificare insieme a due fette di pane bianco il costo del coperto.
