09/01/2025: What can I say, I hadn't been there for a few years but nothing has changed. A very beautiful corner of Trentino. Located at 600 meters above sea level in the middle of the vineyards with a beautiful panorama. Maura who took over the business from her mother Cristina was as usual very nice. Excellent food from the "potato tortello" accompanied with carne salada and home-produced cured meats to the first courses with homemade pasta/ravioli. Typical Trentino cuisine at km. 0. Not to mention the cakes baked by Maura. All accompanied by an excellent Muller Turgau or a red from their own production. We will be back as soon as possible.
05/01/2025: Posto magnifico, piatti squisiti ed abbondanti. Ambiente informale e Maura super disponibile e simpatica. Ci torneremo sicuramente magari con la bella stagione per poterci sedere all’esterno.

12/12/2024: Conscription dinner went well, it's a shame that we ordered 🍕, overall the place is nice, it would have been even more evocative if there had been lights around the windows and maybe a few trees and Christmas decorations outside ☺️
03/11/2024: A good restaurant with the possibility of welcoming large groups.
Toilet and shower for passing cyclists.
Access by car from a country road is a little less convenient but just park at the bridge or near the entrance to the cycle path and you will arrive in 5 minutes on foot anyway.
Large outdoor lawn with games for children.
Possibility to bring your 4-legged friend but be careful of their needs in the lawn.

23/08/2024: Locale semplice ma curato, adatto per amici e famiglie, non lo consiglio per una cena romantica. Il tortel di patate secondo me è uno dei più buoni mangiati fino ad oggi, croccante in superficie, morbido all'interno e non rimane unto. Peccato che gli affettati con cui è accompagnato non siano eccezionali, niente di particolare a livello di gusto. Il formaggio è tutto a pasta morbida e non saporito, peccato avrei preferito una varietà maggiore in termini di consistenza e sapore! Buona la carne salada. Personale gentile e affabile. Prezzo nella media, mi pare il tortel costi 20 euro. Aggiungo che Faedo è un paesino bellissimo, la posizione permette una bellissima vista sulla valle e se avete piacere potete percorre la strada tra i vigneti fino a Lavis (passando da Pressano). Agritur consigliato!
22/07/2024: All'Agritur ai Molini di Faedo non vi aspettate nulla di speciale, se non quello di eccezionale che per loro è normale. Ottimo cibo locale, servito in maniera semplice e genuina, in ambiente semplice ma pulito e decoroso. Da provare su prenotazione.

17/11/2024: Siamo andati dopo pranzo per mangiare le fritelle di mele. Abbiamo aspettato più di 30min e ordinato 3 volte LE FRITELLE DI MELE. Ci arriva un vassoio enorme di fritelle di patate con altre tanto di salumi vari. Per di più la signora ci dice che non abbiamo capito. Il vassoio di salumi lo facciamo portare via e per gentilezza ci facciamo impacchettare le fritelle di patate. Alla modica cifra di 20 euro.
Direi che non ci andremo mai più!!!
