06/03/2026: I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and the experience was truly excellent. I'd like to extend a special thank you for the attention paid to guests with special dietary needs, especially the gluten-free menu. As a celiac, traveling can often be challenging, but here I felt truly at ease and welcomed. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, carefully explaining the menu options and ensuring each dish was safe and tasty. The variety of gluten-free options was surprising, and the quality of the food was truly excellent. It's rare to find establishments that put so much care and professionalism into accommodating these needs. A special thank you goes to Andrea, Salvatore, and all the staff, always kind, helpful, and smiling. Beyond their professionalism, I truly appreciated their friendliness and the fun, friendly way they put guests at ease: small moments of lightheartedness that make the stay even more enjoyable. 20/02/2026: This is a review of an entire week eating at this amazing restaurant. Everytime great food, fast service, even when there were 10 people queuing at the front door to wait for a free table. And they are great in this also. They manage to keep track and deliver the tables pretty fast and in the correct order. Thank you guys for making our stay in Folgarida so much nicer!

07/12/2025: Nice place for a break... Very good pizza and also other meat dishes and fish appetizers (seen at the next table) very inviting... Kind and courteous girls... Speedy service despite the movement of workers for a quick lunch... to return on the next passage to the wonderful Val di Sole.... Thank you very much

07/12/2025: Probably a good restaurant, but the service was under any standard. We were waiting more than half an hour to be able to order just few drinks. Waiters were asked by us twice to receive the order, but they ignored us completely. After 40 minutes we left and changed for another chalet where the service was nice and immidiate (Marilleva 1400 bar).

15/10/2025: It was one of the best vacations of our lives, and this is undoubtedly thanks in large part to the entire staff at the Alaska Hotel, who made us feel at home for two whole weeks, even with a newborn in tow. Kindness and attention to detail, not to mention the Michelin-starred cuisine. Thank you for everything, and keep up the good work.

19/12/2025: The only food was a hot dog and a pizza. The hot dog was terrible. The beer was okay. The service was okay.

08/12/2025: Excellent stay for my son and I: Warm and cozy room, comfortable bed, excellent cleanliness. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. A ski room with a phone for ski boots is a welcome addition. Piero

08/12/2025: Excellent location, good room cleanliness, as was the restaurant itself, with attention to detail. The breakfast staff was friendly, and the food selection was adequate; there could have been a little more. I didn't think it was fair to pay the same price I would have paid on Booking.com, knowing I'd booked the room directly with the front desk and therefore they didn't have to pay a percentage to the booking platform. Furthermore, there's ample parking and varied breakfast times.
