Il Maso dello Speck - da Tito

15/03/2026: A wonderful evening of good food; we had dinner at this absolutely fantastic place. We started with a platter of their own cured meats and cheeses, followed by a selection of truly exceptional first and second courses, such as canederli and stone-baked beef fillet.
The place is located in a truly wonderful setting, with the typical mountain chalet style.
Highly recommended.
15/03/2026: I think it's one of the best places in Trentino to eat traditional dishes. We were there for the first time and were truly delighted and satisfied! We ate divinely and tried so many things. It's hard to choose, but any choice will be excellent! I highly recommend it! Thanks to Mariana for her service and professionalism in recommending dishes and telling us Tito's story.

29/11/2025: Everything was top... the welcome, the cleanliness, the location, the breakfast, the decor... the owners and staff were super kind and helpful... a real gem.
23/11/2025: They were very kind, especially since we weren't arriving at check-in time and they made things easy for us. Breakfast includes homemade cakes and, while not the best in the world, it was quite acceptable.

25/07/2025: Pranzo dopo una passeggiata con amici, da Tesero a Daiano.
Avevamo prenotato, siamo arrivati in anticipo ma ci hanno fatto accomodare ugualmente.
Canederli buonissimi, caserecce gustose, gröstl appetitoso, generose le porzioni.
Interessanti comunque tutte le proposte presenti in carta, esperienza sicuramente da ripetere.
Il locale è pulito, i servizi pure, e il personale è stato estremamente gentile.

Ambiente rustico, siamo come suggerisce il nome in una cantina. molta attenzione nella scelta delle materie prime, tutte di qualità, a km zero. Antipasto di formaggi misti di livello, come primo notevoli i canederli, cucinati in maniera diversa dal solito ma semplicemente deliziosi, e il risotto al mirtillo ha saputo conquistare mio marito. Buoni anche i dolci ( particolare il semifreddo al limone e basilico) servizio gentile, veloce e professionale. Consigliato
