07/09/2025: I admire the pizza, most likely prepared by the owner, pizza Tartufo, which was barely there. It was divine! And then we took it to go, prepared by the chef or pizza master, I don’t know which is correct, but it turned out to be a complete failure. We discovered this already at home. And that’s the only reason I can’t give it 5 stars.

13/09/2025: We highly recommend it; we've been there three times. The food is delicious, the portions are large, the house wine is good, the prices are low, the wait is very short, and the service is friendly. The pizza is fantastic, and the pasta is also good.
04/09/2025: Excellent value for money. Generous and carefully prepared dishes. Unfortunately, the staff is unaware of intolerances. Avoid if you have celiac disease.

Buona selezione di vini e piatti deliziosi ci siamo trovati molto bene, sicuramente ci ritorneremo.
02/02/2025: Siamo stati oggi in questo delizioso ristorante dove abbiamo trovato una pregevole ricerca di piatti elaborati frutto anche della scuola d'alto livello seguita dal giovane chef. E' tutto molto gradevole dagli originali primi fino ai favolosi dolci utilizzando cibi del territorio: in una parola una bella pagina della cucina italiana che è già stata definita la migliore del mondo. Non ultimi sono i complimenti per il piacevole ambiente montano e per la gentilezza della giovane coppia di padroni (anche del cameriere di sala) che non perdono il sorriso anche di fronte all'impegno di soddisfare le attese di ogni cliente .

25/08/2025: A restaurant serving ONLY trout. Simple atmosphere, friendly staff. Very good, fresh products. They farm their own trout, with running water from the stream next to the restaurant. The trout are completely deboned. Fantastic! I recommend it.

19/08/2025: When we come to Polsa we often come here. Although the food is ok, service is "so so".
This morning we came to have breakfast and sadly enough my son and I were looking for a trash can in the outdoor eating space. None in sight. We actually noticed how much trash was left on the sides of the propriety. Sad to see for an immaculate are as such. And this is not the only time we noticed this.
It seems though, this is a reoccurring event and noticeable and typical in many places in Italy: no trash bins available.
Would be to sad to leave photos

01/06/2025: I WOULD LIKE TO NOTE THAT MALGA SUSINE IS CURRENTLY CLOSED
We wanted to go today to spend a few hours of tranquility with the children because we remembered it as a great place for families, but we were sad to find the place completely closed and abandoned! Luckily we were able to fall back on alto, but it's very unfortunate. At least it could have been reported here on Google. Like us, other cars also stopped believing they would find the structure open because the signs along the road are still there and indicate open.

14/01/2025: Molto ben arredato e bella presentazione ai tavoli di questo ristorante. I piatti decisamente buoni e anche molto particolari. Servizio adeguato all'ambiente senza nessuna pecca.
