22/12/2024: Welcoming place, the owner Gianfranco is too nice but his employees are no exception either.......the food is excellent, the supplì made on the spot by them are delicious, the pizza is excellent and digestible and the desserts are also delicious. We had a really nice evening and their kindness was unbeatable. We will definitely be back to try other delicacies.

27/12/2024: Outstanding location for a drink, we got as many chips and olives refills as we wanted, and it was delicious. Service was the best we’ve had in Rome, the host and hostesses were so nice. Prices might seem high in the beggining but they are worth it for the experience. Thank you !

30/12/2024: 5 exciting stars, and that alone would be enough. From the moment you enter this little gem located in Sabaudia you immediately perceive the love and professionalism for catering. Homemade bread far better than that coming from the most well-known bakeries, tasting of Umbrian oil, long list of wines, wisdom in the presentation of the dishes with a clear propensity towards what the sea and the land offer that day. Personally I opted for a chickpea, calamari and cabbage soup which had an intoxicating flavour. I won't dwell further, we're talking about a place to discover and rediscover over and over again. Well done.

23/06/2024: Da un locale che si presenta in questo modo, mi aspetto molto molto ma MOLTO di più. Di spagnolo non ha assolutamente nulla. Forse lo chef non è mai stato in Spagna. Il menù è un'accozzaglia di piatti che poco hanno a che fare con la Spagna, soprattutto nei sapori. La paella di pesce sembra surgelata, è più un pessimo risotto alla pescatora che una paella, quella di pollo sembra fatta con le coscette di pollo Amadori, che sono anche buone, ma non chiamiamola paella. Da un locale che prende la carta di credito per la prenotazione, dove se non vai paghi ugualmente, e dove devi prenotare anche il posto auto, mi aspetto come minimo di mangiare decentemente. L'intrattenimento e la musica sono piacevoli. Che dire... O scendete dal piedistallo o vi rendete all'altezza di starci su.

Mentre si mangia c'è musica disco e spettacolini con balletti. Un frastuono indescrivibile.
Cibo buono ma non buonissimo.

26/08/2023: Premesso che ora già stato qui ed avevo mangiato davvero bene, siamo tornati in quanto unica soluzione per il cibo spagnolo in zona. Ciò detto il cibo costosissimo, sapori mediocri e porzioni assolutamente scarse. Il piatto forte ovvero la paella sembrava un riso scotto insapore e privo di sale, il pesce palesemente surgelato e davvero improponibile. Non credo torneró.
25/08/2023: Non posso effettuare una valutazione di esperienza perché dopo aver aspettato per più di due ore in quattro persone abbiamo rinunciato a mangiare,visto che avevano portato un antipasto e un primo ad una persona sola, A quel punto abbiamo pagato quel poco di consumazione e abbiamo cambiato ristorante, servizio inesistente e personale non adatto per una attività commerciale ... unico piatto assaggiato polipo alla galiziana tra l'altro molto buono mentre x.le cozze marinate molto scadente sia di sugo che di freschezza Purtroppo l'attesa eccessiva ci porta a sconsigliare questo locale. Speriamo per loro sia stata solo la serata sbagliata e sono stato buono perché sono fiducioso che possono solo migliorare di peggio non si può ,ultimo consiglio servizio inesistente
