Questi erano stupefacenti gusto aromatico non troppo e si sentiva bene il gusto dell uccello, ho avuto l’opportunità di conoscere il gestore il che devo dire molto simpatico consiglio per cene in famiglia o festività ottima trattoria

La Fiamma Pizzeria e Ristorante

10/05/2025: Booked for a dinner with colleagues, upon our arrival (early) they immediately accompanied us to the table...
We were the first to sit in the room and wait 20 minutes for our orders to be taken...
We ordered appetizers, first courses and second courses... shortly thereafter disaster struck!
An elementary service bordering on non-existent... what a shame! Because all in all the food wasn't bad...
Dishes served in complete random order, so much so that the first diners left the restaurant after finishing their dishes... some requests were not fulfilled (or forgotten)
The last unpleasant surprise... unfortunately concerns the bill... let's not talk about the total... because, I would like to underline, that the quality of the food was good, but the diners' dividend was around 39.40 euros per head... magically rounded up to 40.
P.s. I find it a bit excessive to also take into account the lemon slices for the water and the sauces for the fries (one out of 2 didn't arrive)
But these are probably business strategies..
For the moment I can't say that it was a positive experience...
20/04/2025: Terrible experience for Easter lunch – avoid!
We booked for Easter lunch with high expectations, but left deeply disappointed. They made us sit in the middle of a cold air current, between the open tarpaulin and the open front door. We reported the problem several times, but they pretended nothing had happened by asking us where we felt the current, whether from the tarpaulin or from the entrance door.
So we tried to move the table a bit to overcome the problem, but naturally it wasn't enough.
A few steps away from us, a very noisy refrigerator - which they knew very well was annoying as we heard the waitresses talking to each other - ruined the whole experience with a continuous roar. Turn it off? No, it would have meant also turning off the internal lights of the fridge and therefore leaving some tables almost in the dark.
And so we had to endure almost three hours of severe discomfort. They decided to turn it off, basically just before the end of lunch when we told them we would leave before the end of lunch because the noise was unbearable.
And as if that wasn't enough, at the time of the bill, after everything that had happened, we were asked nonchalantly if everything had gone well. A question that sounded like yet another joke. We didn't ask for discounts, and we certainly weren't given any. Just a lot of superficiality and zero attention to the customer.
A day that was supposed to be special turned into an unpleasant and highly disappointing experience. We certainly won't be returning, and we strongly advise against it.
