For over a full hour, we remained in idle and humiliating waiting, without any local servant deigning to seat us or to offer us any explanation beyond silence or vague, unfulfilled promises. This treatment, more appropriate for a stable than a public establishment, demonstrates a total lack of respect for others and a disorganization worthy of a market on a stormy day. What good is it to book if you're treated worse than a chance visitor?
