04/01/2026: We had dinner on Saturday, 12 of us, including a one-year-old baby and two children, ages 10 and 3. The kids shared a plate, the baby used our high chair because they didn't have one, and clearly didn't eat. They charged EVERYONE a cover charge, including the infant... and yeah, that's saying a lot...
We ordered beers shortly after sitting down, asked to order food, and waited 20 minutes. We waited another 20 minutes for the beers, 40 minutes for three fries, and over an hour for the food... We sat down at 8:45, finished our order at 9:30, and started eating something after 10. All the puccias and sandwiches were lightly seasoned and mostly not warm except for the bread on the outside; the puccia carbonara was good. Only one different dish, beef ribs, arrived cold from the fridge, and the rest arrived 10 minutes later. Of course, we pointed out that the meat was cold—a €25 dish, to be precise—so they reheated it anyway, allowing those who had ordered it to eat 20 minutes after the others.
The cost of the doggy bag to take away what the kids didn't finish: 40 cents NOT DISCLOSED before the bill. Okay.
What's more serious, in my opinion, is that I asked to pay by debit card because the other diners' cash had to be split with the rest, and they DON'T KEEP SEPARATE ACCOUNTS, and they told me, "I prefer cash." I agreed, but they didn't give me a receipt. The bill in the photo isn't a receipt.
Moral of the story? A €4 discount. Not good enough! A special mention goes to the waitress, who, despite being clearly fed up, kept smiling.
A real shame, because the place would be very beautiful and has great potential, but the lack of customer care and attention ruined everything.
We won't be returning.
03/01/2026: The atmosphere was spacious and, despite the crowd, not excessively noisy.
We ordered around 8:50 PM; only after we sat down and placed our order were we informed that there would be a half-hour wait for the kitchen (anything other than pizza).
This wouldn't have been a major problem if it weren't for the following:
1. A heads-up before our arrival would have been appreciated, especially considering we'd called about 20 minutes earlier. They could have informed us over the phone that a large takeout order had arrived (the reason for the delay) or, knowing that all the tables were booked and therefore the number of seats to handle, avoided accepting additional takeout orders if they couldn't handle them. Alternatively, clear communication during the call would have allowed us to make an informed decision.
2. After half an hour, it would have been nice to at least receive the appetizer (a simple fried dish).
3. After an hour, the main courses arrived, but there was no sign of the appetizer; we were told it would arrive later. At that point, obviously, we didn't want it anymore, since it was just an appetizer.
It seems really exaggerated that after an hour of sitting at the table, only drinks arrived...

Ma cosa si sono inventati!
Con quattro diverse proposte, un abbinamento con l’ingrediente del mese, un risultato sublime, gusto equilibrato e sfiziose al punto giusto per apprezzare tutti gli ingredienti.

04/01/2025: …pizza contemporanea, pizza gourmet, pizza che va sulla luna!!
Mi ripeto, anche questa volta pizza insuperabile nella sua semplicità; ordinata con ingrediente del mese (friarielli) e una con cavolo nero, dunque attenzione alla stagionalità con abbinamenti fatti con maestria e gusto, bravi bravi.
