03/04/2024: Excellent hotel restaurant, highly recommended, excellent service, wide choice at breakfast and delicious pizza!

07/02/2024: Conoscevo il ristorante "ante Covid", ho sempre mangiato discretamente. Questa volta era una scelta quasi obbligata perché era di lunedì (in zona era uno dei pochi aperti) e serviva essere nei pressi dell'autostrada. Ci hanno invitato a scegliere tra un menù di carne e uno di pesce. Disgraziatamente abbiamo scelto pesce. La frittura era un misto di pesce congelato e pesce che una volta era stato fresco. Le alici erano immangiabili, gli scampi anche, si salvava il congelato (il solito calamaro-gomma, e gamberetti da aperitivo), almeno mangiabile. C'erano poi delle verdure intrise d'olio. Dopo la frittura avevamo optato per il pesce ai ferri, C'era forse una pescatrice, con una carne soda e ben cotta e poi ancora crostacei pessimi. Eppure c'era la sala piena, insomma immagino un certo giro di affari. Che senso ha proporre pesce se non si è in grado di portare un piatto dignitoso in tavola?

24/03/2024: I had a feeling this evening would be unique as soon as I walked inside the Equilibrium Restaurant in the center of Treviso. The atmosphere created the ideal blend of coziness and elegance, laying the groundwork for an amazing meal experience. At Equilibrium, we received excellent service from kind employees who made us feel important and welcomed. Their expertise regarding the cuisine and wine pairings enhanced our dining experience. However, the chef's gastronomic adventure was the evening's real high point. We were amazed when the chef created a meal that wasn't on the menu, bringing back a former favorite. It was an amazing demonstration of inventiveness and concern for the needs of the diners. This gesture revealed the chef's extraordinary expertise and enthusiasm for cooking, as well as the kitchen's adaptability and dedication to satisfying customers. Each dish presented a symphony of tastes that danced on the mouth; the flavors were powerful but balanced. It was evident that the finest, freshest ingredients were used, each one carefully selected to improve the entire dining experience In conclusion, Treviso's Equilibrium Restaurant is a destination for people who value the great art of dining, not just a place to eat. Whether it's the inviting atmosphere, the excellent service, or the chef's culinary prowess, Equilibrium guarantees a memorable evening that will stick with you long after the last mouthful. 20/03/2024: What can I say, simply wonderful! Very good pizza, I even ate the edges which isn't like me😅 the top service, I ordered a glass of Lagrein which I didn't think had a good fresh scent and they changed it on the fly by opening a new bottle in front of me! I will be very happy to return! Compliments!!!

11/05/2024: Probably the most crowded place in Treviso. It's a bit of a factory with a lot of throughput, but the food is very good (we ate pasta). Competent and efficient service, moderate prices for such a location. Lots of tables outside - on Piazza Dei Signiori. Overall a plus.

07/05/2024: I found the pasta stuck, I pointed it out to the head nurse, maybe he would have told me something, he just shrugged his shoulders.

19/12/2023: Pizza davvero buona e molto leggera! Mi hanno consigliato l'impasto con farina di grano "Senatore Cappelli" e posso confermare che la qualità è eccezionale. I prezzi base sono abbastanza in linea con le pizzerie di asporto. Una sola pecca, probabilmente, l'impianto di aspirazione...in pochi minuti i vestiti hanno preso tutti gli odori, seppur "buoni"! ;-P

07/12/2023: Appena uscita,Una sorpresa inaspettata, davvero un bellissimo regalo! Oltre alla simpatia, dedizione, preparazione di chi ha sapientemente creato e preparato la pizza , da celiaca sono stata travolta dalla bontà di questa pizza senza glutine! CONSIGLIATISSIMA! Tra l altro gustata sul bancone alla finestra baciata dal sole! Top. Conoscendo tutte le difficoltà di creare un impasto senza glutine, BUONO, questi ragazzi si sono vinti un bell Oscar.
