22/08/2025: Friends told me they make excellent fried fish, so my husband and I tried it 😀 I have to say we were completely satisfied 👍🏻 Fried fish 🔝, nice and crispy and dry, accompanied by a slice of polenta and a small bowl of their delicious homemade sauce. Then, of course, a portion of tiramisu and sorbet and white wine on tap to wash it all down. Informal but very nice and welcoming atmosphere, accessible tables ♿. Very kind and helpful staff. Excellent value for money! There is parking in front. We will repeat the experience and try other dishes too. Recommended ☺️

05/09/2025: Unfortunately, it was a disappointment!
We wanted to treat ourselves to dinner in the carriage, but the quality of the food was worthy of a festival. The €10 appetizer consisted of two miserable zucchini flowers, and the Angus steak was two small slices with no side dish for a whopping €24! The chicken was overcooked and still had some blood in some parts... a real shame!
08/08/2025: We had dinner at the Orientale Express and I have to say it felt like a step back in time. The location was spectacular and the food was delicious, from appetizers to dessert. A compliment to the dining room service (in the carriage) and the kitchen. The dishes were beautiful to look at and delicious to eat.
