16/11/2025: An unfortunate evening. After longing to try this renowned restaurant, it was a disappointment. The fried food was poor, soggy, and completely unsalted. The pizzas were equally soggy, and even the crust wasn't crispy, whether it was the gluten-free or Kamut version.
The service was inattentive, but it was the second sitting, so maybe they were just tired. What a shame.
10/11/2025: Passing through Padua, we chose this restaurant because it specializes in gluten-free cuisine.
We had dinner with local friends, without a reservation and despite there being no free tables, but they welcomed us and served us with a professionalism and kindness that's not always found elsewhere. Highly recommended... and I recommend... making a reservation! 😉

04/12/2025: Based on my experience (the first time at this place), I DON'T RECOMMEND!!!
"Makeshift" parking nearby, welcome and service inexperienced to the point of incompetence but definitely polite...
Without asking us anything, they brought us pizza menus; we had to ask for the kitchen menu (separate).
We decided to order pizza for all three of us, and with the place almost empty, we waited about 15 minutes but only saw two pizzas arrive... we waited to start, thinking the third pizza was on its way. After a few minutes of no waitresses, I went to ask where the missing pizza had gone. The waitress came to the table to make sure it was indeed missing and then went to inquire (...no comment...). She came back apologizing and saying that the third pizza had been remade... another 10-12 minutes passed, and finally the missing pizza arrived!!!
Upon tasting: Medium/low quality products (just to be polite), average-sized pizzas... we leave part of our meal on the plate, we don't even order coffee...
I reach the cashier and, without even apologizing for what happened, the cashier issues a receipt for €50.50, and I'll leave the comments aside...
It's incredible to think of such a great potential of this place being squandered in such an absurd way... WHAT A SHAME!!!
04/12/2025: The idea of the location might be intriguing and could have potential.
Unfortunately, however, the place was very cold, the food was poor, the portions meager, and the staff's attention to detail was completely absent.
I would never return, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
The carriage is small, and the complaints from the adjacent tables could clearly be heard.
The frying oil was obviously old, and the croutons on the plate were soggy (I love them).
We ordered two different types of meat, but the flavor was identical: at this point, I can't tell which was which.
We ordered two coffees: the first arrived cold, and the second took a good five minutes—no one knows why!
THERE WERE TWO OF US, and there were only three tables in the room, each occupied by two or three people!
Luckily, the desserts were on display, so we decided not to order them.
We paid a lot, especially without wine!
We'd read the reviews thinking they were personal judgments or the result of unpleasant but occasional experiences—workers can make mistakes, non-workers can't—but unfortunately, I confirm everything we'd read.
In fact, I don't recall ever eating at such a low-quality place.
It's a shame about the location, which could really be a gem.
Good to say that you learn and grow from negative reviews, but from recent and less recent comments, it doesn't seem like the situation has changed at all.
