01/04/2025: I promised myself that I would leave a review at any cost because, what is right is right, It comes from deep inside me and I can't resist not leaving it. I think that the experience in this restaurant was the worst of all in my life, I would probably take someone there if I had to play a prank or a trick on them. We passed in front of this restaurant that from the outside seemed to be collapsing among the rubble of peeling and unkempt walls, but I thought: "Oh yes, let's give this place a chance, often the prejudice must be put aside for a more detailed analysis; maybe it has potential.." In fact, the interior was not so bad in fact. We sat down eager to learn about the fish specialties full of hope, of trust in the unknown. I have never eaten anything so terrible, from the appetizer to the end: the fish was soft, it was flaking, it had a smell that made you think of something rotting. "The next course will be better", I thought, "It will be me", I thought. But no course after course it was one disappointment after another, and to tell the truth I was even scared "I don't know, will I get sick?" And even those who shared the dishes with me thought the same. We tried to point it out to the staff who, shocked, seemed helpless, as if they were in another world. When we got to pay we wanted to stay silent and leave perplexed but..... alas we were asked for an opinion on the way out. We didn't know what to say to use the greatest possible tact, and we expressed that as for the taste, I don't know, there was something wrong, that we had some doubts. And there, all hell broke loose. If the owner had had the power, I had the imagination, he would have struck us down! He was furious! It was impossible for him to say that something was wrong, everything was perfect! So in addition to the damage, the inappropriate reprimands of the owner that made me understand why there was no possibility of an evolution, and I ask myself: "if it's like this with customers, who knows how it is with the staff". And so to him I say with all my heart: "Do not let yourself be discouraged by negative judgments, do not resist, because those who do not have an open mind to know how to question themselves never evolve and never improve. In my opinion you also have a good presence, try to smile at your customers and accept other points of view. In this world, there are not only people who want to attack you, mock you, devalue you, maybe it is the opportunity to improve. Hold on, your place has a lot of great potential, but listen to the voice of your customers: there are many negative reviews and the most bizarre, are they all abnormal? To be honest, I have not tried the pizza yet, many people seem to have liked it. Best regards.
